The larger size dresses were in terrible shape tears, missing gems. She is a 15/16 so not a very large young lady. The dresses that were there are old and out of style. She felt defeated and bad about herself due to the poor selection in her range. As she looked through racks and of beautiful dresses for size 0-10 there was just only a small section the very back corner behind the wedding dresses for plus size girls. She felt judged and not beautiful at all. One dress she did find that she liked was 460$ it was torn and missing gems on the straps and would need alot of altering to fix it. but the price was set. so we walked away as i am not buying a used dress for that insane price when i can go to another shop and get a new one. Honestly i would pay the world if she loved her dress. but the service and selection was subpar. do not bother going here if you arent a size 0-10 and prepared to be treated like you shouldnt be in a dress.

The bride let me know that they were still waiting for me and that we had been playing phone tag. However I never got a phone call or a voicemail. Then a couple days after I had gotten in touch with them, the maid of honor let me know they needed my measurements...again. I called a let them and spoke to Mike. I gave them my measurements again and when we got to my height Mike said, " that makes sense because it matches your squeaky high voice". I found this very rude and unnecessary. I feel like when you are working in the wedding industry part of your job is to make the bride and her bridesmaids feel good about themselves. I felt very upset and am now dissatisfied with my service here.

I had an appointment early in the morning with the wonderful Lizzie. She asked a lot of questions about what I liked and what I didn't like, where the wedding was, what time of year, outside or inside, etc. She was extremely detailed and went right on to grabbing dresses! Funnily enough, The first one I tried on was the one I fell in love with at the end of the appointment. I tried on a total of about 10-15 dresses and the first one was a hit through all of them! She took down all the names of items I was wearing (veil, headpiece, & dress) and saved them in the system for me and also wrote them down on a piece of paper for me too. After the appointment we had a horrible experience at david's bridal (please just don't waste your time there) and then immediately came back to try on the dress again quickly and buy it! Lizzie then not only helped me buy it, but also helped me find bridesmaids dresses even after my appointment time! She really made this experience for me an absolute dream. All questions were thoroughly answered and we were given dates, warnings, contact informations, etc with buying the dress. I could not have asked for a better place to find my dream dress!

So I went to see if they wanted them but they told me that they needed to be washed first. This was understandable so I went and had them dry cleaned and dropped them off which cost me $100. They told me that I had to come pick them up before the 90 days were up. So I went to see what was sold and what wasn't. To my surprise they had only sold one of my dresses, and returned only two. In all I lost 7 dresses which they told me we're "donated" before the given time. I was furious, but I didn't want to blow it out of proportion , so I swallowed my anger. I recently went to the store and saw my dresses were still on sale. These people are disgusting and use underhanded business tactics and if you have an option to not come near this place. On top of that the employees had a terrible attitude the whole time and acted towards me as if I were going to steal at any moment. They sell used clothes not glass chandeliers.

My daughter went through a lot of dresses trying to find one that fit that she felt comfortable in (she is well endowed). Melody was amazing! She kept looking for us and pepping her spirits up. Then we found the one that made her feel like a princess! You could tell she felt beautiful in it! We will definitely be coming back for 2026 Prom! I highly recommend Anne's to everyone I know. The older lady was not helpful at all, anytime we tried to give our opinion and she continually cut us off and would not listen to anything we said. No one was helping clip the brides dresses up, me (bridesmaid) was having to clip her up. The experience was just awful and wasn't very personal. Definitely do not recommend this place.
