They're lightning quick with their responses and definitely make you, the client, feel like you're important to them! They customize every single wedding they do (and they do a lot!). Most photobooth companies allow you to choose a backdrop and layout. The U Booth goes way beyond that. They contacted me every single time they had a new back drop. Margaret sent me literally 50 iterations of our layout. They wanted to make sure everything was perfect for my big day! On top of that, they work with a prop company to customize props that are catered to you! I had requested emoji props and they procured a bunch of plush emojis that everyone LOVED! All their props were sooo unique - down to the inflatable heart. They even worked with me to quickly create a Texas vs New York prop the week prior to the wedding. The day of the wedding, Margaret and Cesar set up quickly and had everything ready to go prior to the ceremony start. The photos printed out super quickly and the social media integration was key. All my guests had a BLAST and all commented how this was one of the most unique and fun photobooths they've seen. I don't know what I would have done without The U Booth (and their subsequent IG posts of our wedding!). I love reliving my wedding day through all their photos. Thank you soooo much Margaret and Cesar!

I worked with Andy the entire time and all of our conversations took place over email. Andy was extremely easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond to any of my questions. Their clear chiavari chairs are also fairly priced compared to other rental companies that I have seen. Overall, a positive experience. Highly reccomend!

Most importantly, when we complained about the missing supplies, they LIED and staged a photo of the machines in their warehouse including the supplies saying "this is how we received them back". I sent back a photo of the items as they were received and they never responded or refunded us the money, even though we couldn't use them. I would NOT recommend using this company.

They're one of the few dedicated rental companies that can supply folks with the kind of ammo they'll need for an event in short notice. The woman who will likely answer the phone is here is Patricia, who is a straight shooter, no nonsense kind of person. She'll give you the low-down on what you'll need and can give you better suggestions than what you might already be thinking. If she doesn't have something that you want, she's more than likely going to know where you can find it. (#2) However, I find that email tends to work best with them. They have tents, tables, foldaway chairs, linens, dishware / china, umbrellas, helium tanks, chafing dishes, and all kinds of party favors. One thing I really appreciate is that they have platforms, like carpet runners, stanchions, and small stage for elevation. They have cotton candy / popcorn machines, and additional room dividers and partitions to help with the party layout. I appreciate that their prices are completely transparent on the website (#3) and self-pick up is free. Delivery is available for additional fees and they're not always on time. I would recommend getting in touch with them early and if delivery is the only way to go is to deliver at least 2 hours prior to event time. I realize this will result in higher prices, but it's the best way to ensure that things will go right. They will service all 5 boroughs, including Long Island. ____________ (#1) My fave. Celebration Entertainment was absolutely AMAZING and really came through on our big day!!!! From…read morebeginning to the end, Yaniv always made his self available when we needed him and he was always very professional. He's just all around a great guy and was an absolute pleasure to work with! His wife was also instrumental in the planning of the day and was always checking in throughout the night to make sure everything was up to par and going as we wanted. Yaniv knew exactly what to play and when. He kept EVERYONE on the dance floor the ENTIRE night, which was our goal. When we worried about the "planning" of the wedding music/setup...etc, he asked us to trust that he knew what he was doing and he promised not to disappoint. That's just what we did, and it turned out to be one of the greatest nights of our lives! The guests could not agree more- everyone from my 80 year old grandmother to 7 year old children had to be escorted off the dance floor at the end of the night. No one wanted to leave because of the great time they were having!! This wasn't just any wedding- it was a "dance party!!!" My husband and I were worried about choosing a DJ because in our opinions, the music was one of the most important elements of the night. We had such a wide variety of guests to keep happy- not only our friends, but also many relatives from out of the country. When I was worried about choosing music for the ceremony and first dances, etc, Yaniv made so many unique music suggestions that I ended up going with....it really set our wedding apart from so many other cookie cutter weddings we had been to in the past. I can speak for both of us when I say I would give Celebration Entertainment no less than 5 stars (the best!) and recommend them to anyone planning an event in need of awesome music. You made our day so unbelievably perfect and we can't thank you enough!!
