Jariri's is reliable, affordable, accessible, and quick. I've been a customer for five years, and…read morecan count on them without a worry in the world to start and stop lawn care when necessary - they just get it done. Whenever I do have a concern, I can always get a friendly human being on the phone. Their operation isn't glossy - for example, annual service renewal is done by paper form in the mail - but that keeps costs down so I don't mind. I will clarify another reviewer's complaint that they only take checks: customers pay online, but with eChecks. You simply need your checking account number and bank routing number. We all know CC companies charge fees, and this is one of the ways they save money (keeping prices comparatively lower). No-brainer family owned business to support. I recommend them to everyone.

Told my wife that he would be back later in the day with a tape measure to measure the area and get back to us with a quote. Over a week later, still hadn't heard anything, so I followed up asking if he'd come back to take the measurements, only for him to say "No! I think its not a good idea to do sod. I think is too much shade." Not sure if we were every going to get a follow up if I hadn't of reached back out!

This is a great landscaping company and provides huge value for the money. They are responsive,…read morepunctual and affordable. I use them for fall leaf cleanup where they come 3-4 times and blow out the tons of leaves in my yard. I have also used them for spring cleanup and mulching. When I saw the results I was very impressed. And the bill came in under the estimate. That shows me they are totally customer focused. I've used other landscaping companies in the past and always thought the results were just barely average. Great Escapes does an amazing job. The owner Ken is 100% involved in every project. I highly recommend them.

I like that its owner came out to provide the estimate. I also verified that its retaining wall was level when I went back and measured it. What I like most about this company is that they deliver a good value for the money. With winter coming and a one-year warranty, time will tell how solid this company is! It accepts personal check, cashier's check and cash. What I think could be taken to the next level though is that the firm underestimated the difficulty of replacing a wooden gate mounted onto a legacy brick wall. Thus one of the 2x4 wood pieces was unable to be replaced without damaging the brick wall. What I think could be taken to the next level is that I would have liked the fence a little more if it used screws instead of nailing. I saw that some of the timbers were cracked during hammering nails and would have appreciated if it were filled with plasticized wood to prevent water from getting in and freezing during the winter. Most nails appeared to be sunk either at level or below the wood surface. Overall, the workmanship was certainly a lot better than anything I could do. Thus I liked that it completed it a lot quicker than had I tried it which could have taken months to do on my own with a less desirable outcome. Thus the team from Great Escapes is recommended for that hard time consuming task you want done on time and on budget.

So I decided to go with NV Service based on these great reviews. Yea..can't always trust these Yelpers. So I gave NV a nice 2.5 star because I received an average type job. I wasn't home to watch them clean the house but someone was there to supervise. I asked how many people would be sent over..there was only ONE maid sent. As SOON as I came home, I saw dust in an area where everyone goes..the kitchen! I was like nah..I can already tell that it wasn't great, but I thought to myself that maybe the inspector will look over it..nope. That inspector tore into the house. Said it "needed to be recleaned." Now dont get me wrong, the place looked ok, but not good enough for what I paid. I even had to pay overtime because it was pushing the maid(s) into overtime. .Im sure I could clean better than the service I received. BEST PART OF STORY: I was going to be charged an extra 150 from my rental property to have it recleaned! No sir! I called my rental property and told them that I will clean it myself! So I got up at the crack of dawn and went to clean it myself. Yes. I. DID. THEIR. JOB. FOR. THEM! Like come on now..but its ok, while I cleaned it just gave me an idea to possibly invest in my own cleaning company to do a better than average job!
