Stuff piled high on plywood; in corners, on pallets. Quite messy and disorganized. Overpriced. Yes some deals can be found but why rummage through a pile of overpriced stuff? I just shake my head to see the prices- esp the furniture which most of it has damage. Some interesting furniture designs but who wants 1-2 mismatched chairs with dings and chips? I will still go from time to time but It wont be on my fun places to stop to find a deal kind of place.

We drove about 40-50 minute north of Boston, right over the NH border and it was not worth it. This place is an unorganized warehouse of damaged goods. Don't get me wrong I love me some Job Lot style shopping but this place was really dusty and the stuff they were selling was strewn about, stacked up on each other and mostly damaged. We were in the store no more than 5 minutes and I had allergies for the rest of the day. I certainly would't buy something here to bring back to my house. On a brighter note, the staff did greet us on the way in and on the way out so that is a plus.

They were open, didnt jibber jabber me on an upsell, they're not salesmen, they're humans, just like their motto. They are extremely knowledgeable, have a HUGE variety of e cigarettes themselves and soo many varieties of liquids they have a descriptive catalog of all. They even upgraded my tank at a very inexpensive rate. I will definitely be back. Definitely the best shop thus far for these. Very friendly, fast customer service! Keep up the good work boys!

Yes, this is the big Verizon store in the Trade Joe plaza in Nashua. They would misrepresent themselves anyway they could to get you sign up for an expensive plan. We signed up for an international travel plan for our trip overboard but changed our mind and tried to cancel this plan before we begin our travel. We were told, "Oh, you have to call Verizon Customer Service, we don't do the plan cancellation here." The charge has already shown up on our next bill even though we haven't begun our trip yet. The bill balloons from $223.77 to $502.01 . If you still want to believe those 5-star rating then go ahead and experience it for yourself.

Upon arrival at the Verizon mall location, we were warmly greeted by Tom Vartanian. Somewhat skeptical, we thought, "here we go". Were we ever wrong! Tom took the time to research plans, phones and on-going promotions to get us the very best deal. He was always informative, never pushy and pleasant to deal with. Purchased engineered Hickory. It was a month late. There was no communication and I found out by…read morecalling them. They stated it was over purchased, yet never contacted me. After several phone calls promises not kept, I had to continue calling them after they were to contact me. They stated that they can do a search for the flooring and found some out of state. Again after several not returned calls I received a date for delivery. I informed them I wanted a discount and free delivery. They contacted the general manager and got me 1/2 off delivery. I lost much more money than this. I wasn't able to get my flooring in time for the contractor, so every contractor has to shift their schedules. The person at the store said to me, we waved the shipping cost of $600 for the out of state product. I informed him that they were responsible for that, having screwed up. Kind of lame for him to even state that. We called corporate who refused to compensate, asking for 10% off and free delivery. The company has no communication. The company tries to put it on the purchaser when they make a mistake. All the way to corporate is most unhelpful. You would take a business that almost went under like they did would treat their customers better. I've learned and will go elsewhere in the future.
