On Friday the person that answered the phone sounded welcoming positive and was willing to complete an order and get me taken care of. Fast forward to today, I went in and was sort of greeted by a young lady with an attitude, and she passed me along to a young man who informed me that there would be an expedite fee, but they could probably still get it done. Seemed like I was bothering him we walked across the floor to go and look at suits or whatever we were gonna do and he all of a sudden got a question from another customer which he went ahead and broke off from me and assisted. Please be aware that the alterations person at this location does not know what she's doing. She…read moretold my husband that there was no problem cutting down a suit jacket to fit him. For his size he didn't need to buy the suit at DXL, but he was shopping with our son so they both purchased suits there, and he was assured that they would be able to alter the suit to his size. The finished product was still huge with the arm holes open almost to his elbows - and they told him "that's the way it's supposed to fit! Nothing else we can do." So $700+ later he has to go suit shopping again because there is no way he can wear the jacket purchased at DXL. Lesson learned I guess. Unless you are a really big guy, don't set foot in this place. If there was a way to select less than 1 star I would.
