5 stars in carpet cleaning stands out! So when my son had the stomach flu and didn't make it to the loo in time, I needed a carpet cleaner for my white wool carpet in my let house. I called the next morning and was told NOT to treat the stain with anything which was good because the only thing I had done was soaked it with bubbly water. They came quickly and warned me they may not have 100% success due to the color of the stain (too much information?) Yay--100% success and satisfaction! My deposit is safe and I know who to call next time someone loses their cookies in my living room, or if someone spills red wine on the WHITE carpet, or my dog can't hold her bladder or...you get the idea. Give em a call. My guy was Leon and he was great. read more

Would look elsewhere! Website offers 50% off services in February, but nowhere does it say not applicable if your only ordering one service. This should have been my first clue as to something was not quite right! Secondly, no reviews another clue I missed! The service was horrible stains not removed, no pre treating and certainly no lovely smell like a freshly steamed carpet that used quality products. Phoned in to rely dissatisfied- got a very menacing and angry response. I hung up no customer needs to be treated like that. Owner reaches out on email with polite and more customer focused themed "free " do over . No thanks, who ever I had the phone exchanged with then the harassing texts from is enough to cement - no further service ever required from your firm again. read more

I am delighted! And amazed. To start I should say that I have had two companies previously clean my carpets and it was a very mediocre job. One I feel I could have done. Leon from magic carpet managed to get out a large hair serum stain my beautiful, glossy haired wife had kindly left, and make the carpets look like new. He was very free with advice and even did the communal carpet as a bonus. Thanks for that. Highly recommended! read more

Had a carpet cleaning done in my first floor flat. I have been extremely disappointed with the result and the price I paid. They promised they would remove some stain from the carpet: not only the stain is there but because of their cleaning tecnique the stain has expanded! Don't expect much more than a carpet cleaning that you can do yourself with a cheap steam cleaning machine from Argos. Regarding the price: they had quoted me 130 pounds but on top of that they surprised me when they asked for 30 additional pounds to lift the machine at the first floor and also to pay their parking! Stay away from them, I am sure there are much better alternatives. read more

Terrible. I hired them to clean my 3 bed flat- the carpet and the sofa. The carpet was still unclean when they left, and the chair cushions were completely ruined. (The machine seemed to spit grease on them.) Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! read more

They may be cheaper than other companies but be warned... using this company is not worth the…read moresavings. After being over 5 hours late they (unapologetically) did show up and do the job. They were rude to the family member who let them in and made her feel very uncomfortable. The cleaning job itself was not a 'deep clean', pretty poor really. However, they were so careless they splashed cleaning products over the oak worktop and left it on the surface. This badly damaged the worktop, leaving chemicals burns/marks all over it. What was perhaps more upsetting was the response from the office upon reporting the issue, saying they 'do not use products that can cause damage' which clearly is a lie as the worktop was in perfect condition before they arrived (as I sanded and oiled in a few days prior for forthcoming tenants). Once this company has your money they simply do not care, I would advise anyone considering using them to not give money to such an awful group of people. It will now cost me more time and money to fix the damage they have made, a very frustrating experience.

I am a bit reluctant to let others use them, but know that by sharing my positive experience we can all benefit. You will find that they don't advertise as much as others, this is because their reputation far exceeds itself. Once you use Clean Society you won't need to use anyone else as they do all Cleaning services and Nationwide too. I have also found out that Clean Society are one of the main contractors in London that do the services they advertise and are often asked by others to quote on their behalf. Please bare this in mind if asking for other quotes, as I found out, but thankfully have been using Clean society for a very long time. I won't be going anywhere else again, even I move to another company I will be taking Clean Society with me. I hope your success continues which is well and truly deserved guys.

Magic Carpet Cleaning was great! Got my carpets cleaned professionally and with zero hassle. Very competitive rates. I phoned Magic Carpet Cleaning last week after the dog had a pretty rough time with his tummy. Following a brief description of my flat and the carpets needing cleaning, I had an appointment immediately. Zurich, the chap on the phone, told me he would phone 30 mins before arrival, which he did, and arrived at the agreed arrival time. He was very professional, taking time to show what could be done to help keep the carpets healthy ahead of future cleanings. Additionally, he was quite honest about what was good for steam cleaning and what would be better for dry cleaning/hand washing. Clearly, he knew his stuff! The carpets and furniture he cleaned came out completely clean, leaving no residual mess from the dog and plenty fluffy! During the cleaning, he had moved furniture around and took it on himself to clean up the dust as well. When all was complete he reorganised the house as much as possible and left without any residual mess. His rates are very competitive. I will certainly be using their service again for my annual clean. read more

Needed an emergency post-World Cup party clean up - red wine on the beige wool carpet. And more than just a few spots.... closer to an entire bottle! Leon from Magic turned up 4 short hours after I called and after a few hours of his hard work, the carpet is now nicely drying and looks amazing! While I know it can never be guaranteed, the carpet looks good as new and all the perpetrators are quite relieved. Magic is magic, but also super professional, timely and amazing value ! I'd recommend them highly for regular cleaning as well as emergency party accidents. read more

Heard about this company through a groupon offer. called up to enquire and was given very good service, with detailed information on cleaning technology used. Prices were very reasonable to clean 2 bedrooms and a lounge in our new flat. An appointment was given within 1 day and an early one at that to allow for the carpets to dry. The technician arrived on time, very friendly and honest. The work was done in good time and carpets very clean at the end of it. Will be recommending these guys to my mum and my mum-in-law and i will use them again next time. :) read more

If you want some free advice, call them and they'll walk you through on how to remove stains yourself, and they'll give you a good quote, too.
