In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making grass remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one.
