However, after the cleaning was done, I texted her asking if specific things were included in a deep clean (window sills, baseboards, floors), as it was obvious those things were not done throughout the home. She promptly blocked me (phone and social media), and never acknowledged my texts/messages. This is highly unprofessional. Mistakes are one thing, but blocking someone because they have questions about the service you provided? Not okay at any level.
