Scheduled Super Mom Cleaning for a deep clean to get the house ready for the market. Owner was…read morevery flexible and accommodating with schedule changes, and her price seemed very reasonable ($600 for 6700 sq ft). However, after the cleaning was done, I texted her asking if specific things were included in a deep clean (window sills, baseboards, floors), as it was obvious those things were not done throughout the home. She promptly blocked me (phone and social media), and never acknowledged my texts/messages. This is highly unprofessional. Mistakes are one thing, but blocking someone because they have questions about the service you provided? Not okay at any level. Extremely disappointed with not only the cleaning, but with the lack of professionalism.

I hired Bridgett right before putting our condo on the market. She was extremely easy to schedule…read moreand kept me posted when she got traffic on her way over. When she arrived, she explained everything she would do as part of her move out package. She gave me an estimated time of four hours, and that's exactly what it took. When I arrived, she had encountered a difficult to clean oven and a few other things that would have ended up in a higher cost, but Bridgett stuck to the cost she had given me because that's what we had agreed on. That was extremely kind of her, especially considering our home looked immaculate when she finished. She was friendly and very professional, which is something I tend to look for because I'm a very outgoing person. She came on a Friday, house was listed on Monday, and we had an offer on Wednesday morning! Have already recommended her to some friends and am keeping her in mind for when we decide on regular service in our new home! When I returned after the four hours, Bridgett walked me through everything and even showed me before pictures to compare the work on certain things in the kitchen.

It was so bad, I'm surprised they didn't leave any bugs or rodents. Enter, Bridgett's Maids Cleaning Service. After they were done, I was extremely pleased and impressed at how these two ladies were able to rejuvenate the property. The house was not only visibly cleaner, but it was even better than when I initially turned the property over to the tenants. Of course, I'm a pretty hard guy to please and felt that the oven could've been done better. When I called to discuss the matter... Without any debate whatever, the owner, Ms. Bridgett took it upon herself to come back out and do it herself. Impressive! Great customer service, obvious pride in their work and phenomenal attention to detail. I am 100% satisfied with their attention to detail and I've already recommended them to my new tenants and some of my own friends and family.  -TJS IV
