Apparently they still use those services, but when something goes wrong, they don't have the ability to make it right. The Uber driver incorrectly dropped off a tuna fish sandwich from Jersey Mike's. Not one person in my house will eat this. When I called the only option they offered me was to just cancel the entire order. They had already been waiting for over an hour. I really feel like the manager could've remade the order and had it sent out again.

When my husband picked it up to leave the tip, it indicated that the machine had "timed out". We again, got Kimmy's attention and she said that it had already gone through with a tip. My husband explained that he didn't enter a tip and again, she said that was okay because it had already gone through (with the highest tip percentage selected). My husband told her that the experience didn't warrant the highest tip percentage in his opinion, but he was so frustrated that we just got up and left. Very disappointing to say the least.
