I asked why and she told me her providers are so booked in advance I should just try somewhere else and hung up. I'm sure the providers here are lovely but you seriously need a new receptionist. She's the first person people speak to so she's the face of your company and it's not a nice face.

She was - and continues to be - nothing short of amazing. Empathic, kind, clearly well-educated, with a courteous and committed staff - every appointment there is something I have great experiences with. In fact, after my first appointment with Dr. Wittek, I literally sat in the parking lot in my car and called 4 or 5 of my close girlfriends and told them they instantly needed to change OB/GYNs and go see Dr. Wittek. Every one of them did, and every one of them has had an experience similar to mine - they LOVE her. Dr. Wittek, like me, is a mom and has young children. She knows the challenges motherhood presents and understands well the concerns that all of us have. I have found her to be nothing short of magnificent and can't recommend her highly enough. I could chat with her all day as I feel as though I have known her forever. I can see that she legitimately has a heart for her job and cares about the patients that come in and out. I started seeing Crystal Murphy with my last pregnancy. She always made me laugh, spent adequate time with me to make sure everything was covered and I was comfortable. I also could never thank her enough for the loving hug and kindness she extended the day I found out via ultrasound that I miscarried. Fast forward to a year later, and another pregnancy, I was so excited to be seeing her again, unfortunately my schedule with work did not allow for that to happen. I had to see a new midwife. She spent a good 45 minutes getting to know me, and opening up herself to let me get to know her. She is straight to the point, no beating around any bushes, to the point where your laughing so hard you might pee yourself! She cracks me up talking about wanting to be a Barista, which is funny to me since I am one. I could see her now. Might have to have her come in one day! I get so excited for my appointments with her, because I can't wait to see how she is doing. Today I met Amy Mendus for the first time. This lady is as cute as a button. She also spent a great amount of time trying to get to know me, and hear any concerns I have with the stubborn little guy in my tummy. She was very informative and comforting! They are super friendly and can actually draw your blood where it doesn't feel like your arm is going to snap in half! I seriously love all these ladies!! The referral location repeatedly said they never received the referral, and I had to call four separate times to get it resent. After nine months of trying, I finally got the HSG done elsewhere. Since then, I have been rescheduled five times for a PCT test. Every cancellation has been the day of or the day before, despite the test requiring strict timing and time off work. I even arranged with my employer to adjust my schedule for a last-minute change, and that appointment was also canceled. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially for patients dealing with time-sensitive fertility testing. It is clear this practice cannot reliably manage appointments or support patients through an already stressful process. I will be seeking care elsewhere and would caution others to be aware of these repeated issues.

After an hour I got nervous and called back and got the front desk person Tammy who said that I was no longer allowed to be seen there because I am had temporarily had medicaid and I had been doing cashpay but now that Im pregnant they will no longer see me and she referred me to another provider. This providers is booked weeks out so I requested to talk to my nurse about my bleeding cramping and pain and what I should do. This woman refused to let me speak to my nurse I asked her three separate times. Then she mocks me and says 'the nurse has already listened to your voicemail, you can leave another one if you want'. I asked to speak to my nurse a 4th time and Tammy sent me back to the voicemail. Tammy even stated the nurse had been there with her discussing my situation so its not that she's too busy to take my calls, they are literally there talking about me AND the nurse had got my voicemail about bleeding and cramping and still had not returned my call or get on the phone. I called back and got Becky (She is the only amazing person who works here) at this time I'm hysterical and crying that my OBGYN office is refusing to help me at all and I beg her to let me talk to my nurse because I dont know if Im having a miscarriage or what and I want to speak to my nurse. Shelly didnt see any issue with denying me access to health care by refusing to let me speak to my nurse or doctor and said that I could not afford to pay their cash price to be seen and that is their policy to not accept pregnant cash paying patients. I asked to speak to my doctor which she also refused. I told her my doctor said I can contact her, if she wont transfer me does she have a number I can call to leave a message? She makes fun of me for asking this question. The only thing she did offer was to speak to my doctor on my behalf but didnt even bother to ask what my concerns were or what I even wanted to ask. They tell you on the phone when you schedule and also have you sign a legally binding contract to let you know they will nickel and dime you for every darn thing you unfortunately had scheduled for your nether-regions in the first place. But these people can call you 15 minutes before your appointment, you know, the one you're literally almost at, the one you found someone to watch your kids for to only have them call and say that the OB is tied up in a birth. I'm sorry, was the practice unaware an hour prior when I was sent check in paperwork, or how about 30 mins prior when the doctor was obviously still not there and ready!?! 15 friggen minutes. Be better if you expect your patients to do the same. My time is just as valuable as yours.
