We received our highlights video recently and it is perfect! Oscar has a drone so was able to get some amazing shots of our venue and the mountains that otherwise wouldn't have been captured. They have an amazing selection of local handmade guitars and amps. It's a small one man shop where…read moreyou can get great informative service. It's not ideal for going in to just play on a bunch of guitars on your own, as the owner takes such care of each guitar as he gets it off the rack and prepares it for you to play. Because of this though, every guitar is in mint condition. He also sells some amazing microphones. I recently purchased an Ear Trumpet Labs Josephine Microphone there to use with my Eastman acoustic guitar that I also got from there. Both are amazing and I get compliments on them at every gig.

The store is the absolute best it can be for the space. Asheville makes you want to play outside. A stark difference from living in Florida. He didn't push anything on me. I came in for a travel guitar, as I was regularly running into the problem of having space to bring one. So I'd end up buying a piece of junk from a pawn shop every time I'd travel, then donating it. It wasn't cheap, but he gave me an amazing deal on a journey travel guitar that blew my mind with the ergonomics and design. I looked it up and I walked out the door for less than I could have ordered one directly. He didn't nickel and dime me for some strings, capo and picks either. I think I paid about 20% of what they would have been priced at, had I not bought a $1300 guitar. Most importantly, he was incredibly kind to my family. I am a ball of stress when my kids are in a store with "don't touch" items of high dollar amounts. He even let my son briefly noodle on a fancy Ukulele. He's learning guitar and that one fit him. You can't find that kind of kindness at a big name store. I will always pay a visit to this shop whenever I visit for vacation. Eddie can even give me a call if he'd like to franchise one in West Palm Beach! I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I especially appreciated Natalie's responsiveness to my communications and my concerns. She was easily available throughout the project; I never had to chase her down. The creative process to redo our website was daunting to me; I had never done it before, and Natalie helped explain things in layman's terms so that I understood what my options were throughout. Natalie was also very reasonable with her rates, and after the project was done, when there were tweaks and changes, she did them for us no problem, as a part of the project we had paid for. I found that she had strong integrity in her business operations, which also put me at ease. I highly recommend Natalie for anyone who wants to have an easy, pleasant experience and to end up with a wonderful result!
