I'm so glad I did, not only did I save money, but I truly feel that Sam and his team listen, care, and put their clients first. You will be in good hands. They are always there when I need them. Sam always answers my calls, addresses every question and concern, and provides guidance that gives real peace of mind. He's extremely knowledgeable, and it shows. I was involved in a car accident last month, and despite being someone who normally worries about every little thing, I didn't have to stress at all. The entire process was smooth and easy. Sam and his team deserve much wider recognition for the work they do. I wish more people could experience and benefit from the level of service they provide. Thank you again, Sam & team!

I contacted Home Depot and was told I needed to file a claim with Sedgwick. I had read numerous reviews online that talked so badly about this company, but my claim was opened quickly and I was able to upload photos online of the damage to my door and it was all resolved within about two weeks. I was paid for the damages and able to get my replacement door ordered promptly. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with them and hope that other's have the same experience should they have to use this company especially after I've read so many negative reviews.

I have been with Reinas Insurance for over 25 years. During…read morethat time, I have never encountered any issues with them. Peter and his team work with you from beginning to end and they make everything easy to understand because understanding and reading a policy is like trying to learn a new language. I love the fact they try to work with your budget and explain what each policy includes and the cost of it. They are only a quick phone call away for whatever INSURANCE questions I have and I think that's a nice personal touch for their clients instead of being put on hold like other big insurance companies would probably do. I'll be sticking with Reinas for as long as I can.

They are kind, responsive, and steady. That really showed during the Eaton fires. I was evacuated and couldn't return home for five months. During that time, Jonette and her team provided personal, consistent support and always answered when I called. Going through something that stressful is hard. Having real people on the other end who stay present and helpful matters. Jonette and Ignacio did exactly that. I'm truly grateful for their care and professionalism and highly recommend them.

Our earthquake insurance, we would pay the premium and we would keep getting refunded and then we get a notice that our policy was canceled. Called them up, and asked what's going on and they couldn't explain it. Customer service is the worst now. Ignacio was my original rep that helped me out in the beginning , not sure what happened to him but he was the only rep that had great customer service, and already knew who was calling in when I needed something.

I can't say enough how great Farmers is, so I'll try and keep this short…read more So my home was affected by the Eaton Canyon disaster and I had some ash and smoke damage in and around the house. I hadn't really thought about going through insurance (I was kind of in a literal fog for a bit), until I got a call from a Farmers rep asking if I was OK and if I needed anything. I asked around and many said it would be a good idea to just go through my insurance to cover any expenses to clean up my home and fix any damages due to the winds and fires. So I called the rep back and said I'd like to go through the process of making a claim. The process was very painless and it was all done online. A couple days later, I got a call from a Farmers adjuster and made an appointment to do an assessment of my home. The adjuster came only a few days after the call, all the way from the East Coast. After spending about an hour or so looking over my home, the adjuster went back, did his report, and sent me digitally a full, detailed assessment of what needed to be done and an estimate of the costs. This whole process took only a week or so to wrap up. This was highly unexpected, as I heard from neighbors and others affected by the fires that their insurance was taking forever and in some cases wouldn't even be able to help due to lack of fire coverage. Farmers and Todd Ma's agency is top shelf and came through when I really needed them. THANK YOU!

She attended to all my concerns and questions, and trust me I had a LOT of questions. Super patient and a great resource. She actually cared about what my priorities were when it comes to car insurance. I was astonished by how much it dropped so I switched over as soon as I got my quote. That's more than 1.2k in savings each year! I'm extremely satisfied and will be recommending all my friends and family to her. (I'm not being paid or given anything in exchange for this review.
