Legit! I got so excited about going to place that home brews their own kombucha. I've always store bought this and I like it, but to actually try to home-brewed! The couple that brews and owns this place are super friendly. They'll have 4-5 flavors and you can show up and taste them all! And it's $6/32 ounces! That to me, seems super low! You can totally bring your own growler/krowler. I brought my krowler from Deadbeach. I actually finished the keg so my krowler wasn't completely full. I said to charge me a reasonable amount and suggested $10 (instead of $12 for the 64 ounce krowler) and he was gtg with this. I'm totally going to try to make this a weekly stop. read more

I really do enjoy coming here. Since I discovered this hidden gem I no longer go to Whole foods for kimbucha. It is very fresh and flavorful. As soon as you enter the aroma of freshness hits your nose. No boring flavours, just delicious fresh flavours for the daring. I make sure I have my punch card when I go. I have also convinced my mom that this is the spot for kombucha. Very friendly and attentive service Louie goes above and beyond to explain any question. Safety precautions are taken, but I must advice space is small when you enter so be patient. One of my favorites is chamomile lavender refreshing and smooth. If you can also get a chance to taste the pineapple hibiscus it is delicious. read more

This is one of the best things that ever happened to El Paso! The folks at madre nostra are friendly and fantastically creative when it comes to making the yummiest probiotic elixirs in town. The tap room is small but great to visit for a mid week fill up, and they're often at local farmers markets with kegs full of delicious kombucha. If you are not sure if you like kombucha or if you're just getting into it, this is the best place to start. I've tried a lot of flavors from these folks and their kombucha is never overly fermented or vinegary. The hopped passion fruit is a favorite as is the seasonal watermelon, but you can't go wrong with any flavor they put out there. read more

Good stuff! kombucha is a healthy alternative to coke and soda in general. The brew here is more on the soda side so it's really tasty and not too gnarly for people trying it for the first time. They also make cool espresso drinks and pourovers if coffe is your thing! read more
