We had recently already received one quote from a guy who was very unprofessional. I didn't give up! I found 4G landscapes on yelp and immediately called! I set up an appointment for Clint to come out and give us an estimate. He was on time, very professional, and had an outgoing personality. We received a very reasonable estimate for thuja trees 8 to 10 ft tall and some concrete work that needed to be done near the front entrance area. Previous concrete work done by others left the concrete cracking. We had one hiccup during the experience. On the day the concrete was poured, Clint accidently forgot to block off the area before he left. Honest mistake. Some areas were still a little wet so when the delivery man left me my package he also left his lovely footprints in our concrete. We sent a picture to Clint immediately and he immediately got back to us saying he would fix it, not to worry. His response time is awesome. The next day when we got home, I was amazed, truly amazed. I almost cried, I loved it so much. The stamp pattern was beautiful, no footprints, and the aging/distressing finishing touches were amazing! No more cracks and he created a nice slope (initial goal with previous concrete people) so the water wouldn't pool in the middle creating mold. This was tested a few days later when it was raining pretty hard. My husband and I enjoyed watching the water roll down/off. It was a success! The trees look awesome and he anchored them which really came in handy will all the recent storms. Overall, great experience! Will call again when we need more work done! Afterwards the sprinkler heads were not functioning correctly and underground pipes were leaking. I called seven businesses trying to get someone out to diagnose and fix my dad's sprinkler problems. I left a message with Veteran's Landscaping & Irrigation and received a call back within 30 minutes. Mr. Davis agreed to stop by my dad's to check out the sprinkler and leaks. Mr. Davis diagnosed the problems and came up with an itemized list of hardware needed to repair my dad's sprinklers and leaks. He was on time and reliable while working in my dad's yard. The neighbor who caused the problem watched as Mr. Davis was able to fix my dad's sprinklers and leaks and asked Mr. Davis to fix their sprinkler issues once he completed my dad's work. My dad was very pleased with the work Mr. Davis did. Dad had miscellaneous greenery growing in his backyard that he hired Mr. Davis to remove. Another great job performed by Mr. Davis's crew! Dad was very happy to see that area of the yard cleaned up. My mother-in-law had old overgrown shrubs from 1972 in her front yard that I asked Mr. Davis to look at and provide an estimate for removal and replanting of bushes. He provided a reasonable fair estimate and my husband asked him to do the job. My mother-in-law is thrilled with her beautiful new front yard. The plants selected by Mr. Davis look awesome!!! I waited to return to Reseda until 4/11 and took back the one that had died set it on the counter when I entered store and the lady behind the counter raised her voice and said what's this?? I did not realize that Marvel Mahonia is spiky. I had my eyes on it for years and was hoping to plant it in my front yard. Now, I have changed my mind. They have a nice selection of hydrangeas and maple trees. Everything looked healthy and well cared for. The main reason I visited the store was to find a medium sized concrete statue for my yard. They have a really nice collection of garden decor items, hummingbird and bird feeders, yard ornaments and all. They also had concrete statues. I did not find anything I liked, but a good selection nonetheless. I ended up buying a few plants and I will be coming back for more for sure.

The counter girl lied about when it would be planted. First the excuse was we don't have the crew, then it was they are waiting on a machine. I guess I hurt the counter girls feelings because she told me the conversation was over and that I needed to speak to her boss. He reiterated that he didn't have enough crew and needed to rent a machine and that he needed a few more trees to be sold so that it was cost effective to rent the machine so that I will be waiting for another week. This business has continually had crappy customer service and I will not give them another dime of my money. I will take my $500 and to go to a business that appreciates my patronage.
