Patricia is a great motivator and doesn't let you slack for a second. Her quick-paced circuit rotations are a great workout and keep me from getting bored. She also provides a personalized weekly workout plan for me and incorporates the fact that I like to be outside by assigning specific hikes for me to do around town. Moreover, as a former chemistry teacher, I know Patricia understands the nutritional aspects of healthy living and I'm happy to have her give recommendations about smart food choices. When asked about a locals deal I was met with rudeness and unkindness. Don't waste your time here. It's worth the drive to anywhere else to entertain your children. And her programs are also over priced and not great quality. When my kids did attend the open gym there were older athletes practicing. They were swinging on the bars and almost kicked my daughter. They made the reservation, took our deposit, didn't show up on the day of the party (we sat out in the parking lot freezing to death after arriving early per their instructions), and then refused to do anything to rectify the situation aside from the return of the deposit and a very meager refund of barely 20% of the cost of the party. Josh is only concerned with making money, not entertaining children. His apology was shallow and contrived. He offered to pay for the cost of the party (we went next door to the Hole Bowl-who saved us a ton of heartbreak! THANKS AMY!). When we told him how much the party cost us, he tried to back out of his promise and requested a receipt. Most of the party was paid for in cash, and my wife tipped the Hole Bowl generously, as is her habit. Josh refused to answer the phone or meet in person, so we ended up giving him our PO Box number and he mailed a check for far less than he promised. I wish that I could use colorful language to describe our experience with these sub-human, greedy worms. I think that the fact they weren't listed on Yelp until I MADE this entry speaks for itself. Unbelievable workouts that push you far beyond what you thought your limits were. The first few…read moreweeks I could barely finish the workouts... a month later I clearly had progressed in both strength and cardio endurance. Hiked up the Teton Pass Mountain trails in 3 hours on Sunday without stopping... it's a 6/7 mile hike strait uphill. If you are looking for a total athletic workout designed for back country and mountain sport performance then I would highly recommend this gym. Warning: don't come if you aren't prepared to work hard!
