This café has just about anything you would want from salads to sushi to pizza to hamburgers. The pizza caught my eye and we were in a hurry so I thought I would give it a try. There were about four different types of pizza to choose from and I chose the veggie pizza maintaining my healthy eating outlook. Unfortunately, the pizza was not that good. There were plenty of vegetables, but the variety was quite limited. There were only three different types of vegetables on it, one of them being onions, which I don't like. There was a lot of cheese and the pizza was on the soggy side. The crust was average.

This cafe actually does not have a connecting entrance to the actual Holocaust Museum, but still has the same security protocols for entrance. When we arrived, the place was pretty quiet inside. We ordered a Tunamelt Sandwich, and the food quality was decent, but nothing to rave about. Coffee and other drinks are offered with unlimited refills, so that was a nice perk as we finished our meal and gave our weary feet a rest. Service here was very lackluster, and seemed to be staffed by people who couldn't be bothered to do more than the bare minimum. Thankfully, the interior seating area was decently clean though.

The Café offers an interesting take on Native American cuisine. The seating area provides a relaxing view of the outdoor water feature, adding to the overall experience. While the café can become loud when full, the atmosphere remains comfortable and enjoyable. Pros: * Menu - Creative menu featuring Native American‑inspired dishes with consistent quality * Food - Portions are generous, offering strong value for the price * Staff - Friendly and efficient service throughout the visit * Dining Area - Seating area overlooks an attractive outdoor water feature * What we had - Fry Bread Taco and dessert options are both filling and well‑prepared Cons: * Noise levels increase noticeably during peak times, though still manageable A distinctive and enjoyable dining option within the museum, offering flavorful dishes, generous portions, and a pleasant setting. A solid 4‑star experience.

The smoothie, on the other hand, was just okay. As far as the atmosphere, cleanliness, and customer service, the experience was great overall. The ladies working in the prep area were amazing. They were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. Their attitude and customer service are a big part of what makes this business stand out and bringing high reviews. However, I did feel that the leadership at the front counter could have been more welcoming. It appeared that a father and son were working together, and the younger gentleman, in particular, could improve on being more friendly and approachable with customers. My honest opinion is that the employees preparing the food and working behind the scenes deserve a lot of recognition. They are the ones who create a welcoming experience and help build the reputation of the business. Without their hard work and positive attitudes, I don't think this place would receive the same level of praise or reputation. I would definitely consider coming back because of the quality of the sandwich and the kindness of the prep staff. I would simply encourage the leadership team to be more welcoming and mindful that customers come from many different backgrounds and cultures. Treating everyone with the same respect, dignity and warmth can make a big difference.
