It's like they are not putting wax on your car twice that's happened however, they do clean it good after you get it out if you give them the full service, but I want wax on my car. I purchased a package to have my boyfriend's truck completely detailed inside and out. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with someone to schedule a time to have it done. When we finally got it in they claimed it would take 3 hours it took 6 hours. When he got his truck back it still had wax spots all over it. The dash vents and navigation screen were still dusty. The seats had stains from the cleaner on them. Overall very disappointed in the quality of the service. We will definitely not go back or recommend them to anyone. read more

Not bad and not great. Stopped in for a $30 clean job to clean the car after weeks of rain. The quality of the job depends on who you get. The visit today was better than prior visits. The difference between the $23 and $30 clean jobs is not clear. It appears to me that the cleaners provide the same cleaning regardless what you paid. I doubt I will ever get the $30 clean job again and go with the $23 clean job since the cleaners don't know what you paid. read more

I paid $14 for the extra time cleaning. The guy prepped the tires with a light scrubbing and the car went through the wash. They came out filthy. My car was only lightly sorry from general road dirty. I went into the shop and there was no one to be found and I have tried calling all afternoon and no one answered. read more

I HIGHLY recommended that NOBODY ever use the services of this establishment again. I have had problems before where the staff did not clean the inside of my car very well, and shame on me for returning. Today, I was in a rush because my boss is coming into town, so I came here because it is conveniently located, and I needed to get both the inside and the outside of my car cleaned. I pulled up and inserted my card, as instructed. It immediately spit out a receipt and never allowed me the opportunity to select the car wash services that I needed. I'm frustrated because I was paying with my corporate card and can only make one transaction on the card. I explained to the "attendant", but he did not speak a word of english. So, he walked inside to get the manager, who speaks a language that I was not used to hearing. She came out and told me that she couldn't give me a refund on my card and started arguing with me that this is my fault. She tells him to send me thru because there was ONE other car behind me. So, he didn't even fully wash my car with the long sponge - he just sent me thru the car wash. When I go back inside, I tried to explain why I was frustrated to the lady. She placed a call to somebody who I have to assume was the owner. I think she was speaking Swahili. When she gets off, she says, "I cannot help you because I cannot credit your card back or they will make us pay for it." Then, she started to threaten me stating that "God will punish me for causing conflict". I don't appreciate people putting voodoo hexes on me, so I finally just left. In my humble opinion, this place needs to be shut down because it is straight out of "Breaking Bad", but Walter White is clearly not the owner. I wish the FBI, IRS & the INS would do an audit on this place because something is NOT right about the employees, the management, the ownership or the way that they conduct business. OK, so I always bring my car to Madison Auto Spa 8603 to have it washed and vacuumed . Today really shook my nerves. I brought my car in to have it washed, and vacuumed. I paid for the $30 car wash with all it has to offer. When they waved to me that my car was ready, I got in and noticed that all the mats where backwards, and still a lot of dog hair. When I asked them to make sure it was taken care of. I was told that they only have a certain amount of time to spend on one vehicle, and that if I needed more attention to my car, that I had to repay and go back through. Where is the customer service in that. My car was still full of dirt and animal hair. I am going to take this to the next level until my car can be cleaned to satisfaction. read more

Went to this car wash yesterday! Said $8 for a basic wash, but my credit card showed $10! I followed the voice prompts, and did all I was supposed to do! They had a sign saying not responsible for damage! I can see why! When I went to exit, the door wouldn't open, so had to back out. After all that, I went to the vacuum, and cleaned the inside. When I looked at my car, it had scratches all over it from their brushes. I now have to pay 200 to $300 to get it buffed out for the scratches. I called the lady about the door, and she said she'd be right there about the door! Never saw her! I will never go back, and recommend you dont either if you value your car! I've had my car washed here today. I agree with the previous poster about the confusing signs, after finding my way in the back i choose 'best clean' offer for $30. The wash per se wasn't much different than any gas station car wash, but the guys did a scrub beforehand. The vacuuming work wasn't great. I still have dust on the back door's cup holders, as well as the front cup holder. Maybe they don't vacuum or clean those? Wish my husband wasn't deployed and could clean the car, he doest a far better job and for free :)) To top it off, i was whistled at to be let know that they finished...literally whistled at, i find it rude. read more

Probably the worst run business I've ever seen, and that's saying a LOT. If you're only looking for the automatic car wash, with extras, this place is great. If you're looking for anything more? Don't bother... Because they're not going to. I've been trying to speak with someone for a week about throwing a chunk of cash at them for a full detail and window tinting on a car, and a motorcycle hand wash/detail. Not only do they not answer the phone, they don't bother returning calls from the multiple messages that have been left, and they absolutely refuse to work the front office. I've been inside twice this week alone, standing for greater than 20 minutes each time, and NO ONE has come up to assist. Both times I've asked one of the workers out front for assistance inside and they just shrugged and turned away. BOTH times I saw multiple people come in, stand with me for a bit, then leave. Slow and pricey. I'm on travel to Alabama and needed my truck washed while here. Figuring out how to get started was a bit of a problem. The entrance sign gets you off Madison, but its not clear where to go to get get in line. I thought it was the full service vacuum area, but I was told to go around to the back. Ooops, figured that out! Price ranges from $6 - $30. The $20 is the cheapest to get an outside and inside cleaning. $6 is a basic outside wash. I pay $16 up north in Virginia for the same service. They accept major credit cards. The car wash itself is what you would find at any regular gas station car wash--nothing really special. The attendants do a brief prewash before it goes through the scrubber car wash and that helps with the bugs. The cleaning did a decent job, but rinsing didn't get all the soap of the side windows. I was third in the double lanes for a vacuuming, towel dry, and window cleaning. It was 10 minutes or longer before it was my car's turn. Now its a Saturday, so maybe they are busier on the weekends, but there were only three people doing the interior cleaning. Its a long wait meanwhile the sun is drying the soap residue and water on my truck. They do offer free self service vacuuming, but that doesn't clean the interior windows and since I'm on travel, I didn't have my stuff to take care of that. My overall impression is that this business does a decent job getting the vehicle clean. However, for the money I would look elsewhere or do it myself. I don't think the time it took was worth the $20. I've traveled and lived in many states and not had to wait this long nor paid as much for the cleaning. I was on this side of town and needed a wash and the Auto Spa was near by. I thought the prewash guys did a good job but the system did not get my truck clean. There were areas that were obviously missed and the back of the truck was covered in soap. While going thru it did not seem there was an adequate rinse cycle. They did run it thru a second time but still areas that were not clean and still soap left on the back of the vehicle. While the prewash guys did wash the windows on the back of the cab the brushes on the system did not touch them. Two stars only because they did run it thru a second time. read more

I have done business with these folks for over five years, but never again.. While I was having my car washed I asked the guy in charge if they could fix a three inch scratch on one of my wheels, he said yes but I would have to leave it all day, I ask how much and he said $50. So I called made an appointment, dropped my car off, when I went to pick it up they charged me $211.99. I protested but he said that was the price, I could have bought a new wheel cheaper than that and had they told me up front I would have. Without a doubt the BEST auto cleaning location in the Huntsville/Madison area! I have tried the rest and they do not compare. The Lady that runs this place is unbelievable. She will only accept excellent customer satisfaction and strives on providing a superior product (service). I have paid more and received less at the majority of the service providers in this area. Albeit, this location is a bit slow, the attention to detail that you receive is without par. I got the full detail wash and wax and as long as I'm getting this type of quality, we'll be back. Beware! This car wash will scratch up your perfect paint job!! I did the $20 package this Saturday. Immediately at the prep area of the car wash, I notice two guys using nothing but big brush brooms to prep the cars after having years of experience working in a car wash, I will say this is not good practice. Those types of brooms are really harsh and damaging on car paint. It is simply unnecessary to do that to every single car going thru the tunnel! That type of equipment should be used sparingly on vehicles with very heavy dirt, bugs and build up. Not a vehicle that is barely dirty! Immediately after parking my almost NEW scion FRS back home, I notice chips of paint are now MISSING off the areas of the car where the brushes were used. The cars paint had no flaws before I went to this car wash. Now I am having to buy a full touch up kit now to trying and fix what this place did to my car.
