I was having concern about it with dealing with autoimmune I was worried if I may react to it !so he just hurried up and took it out I also believed he cracked the tooth behind it! I've been having a problem with that tooth since he removed the other, he wouldn't even look at the tooth. or the bone spur where he had done a bone graft without my consent, im now having what I believe is bone loss as my jaw is changing shape he said I should've left the pig bone in there and how he did the me a favor not once did he explain to me what he was doing he just took it upon himself to do that without talking to me then when I questioned it, he just wanted to remove it and now I'm having more problems. so I made an appointment to go back in for him to look at the changes but he verbally abuses me tells me I'm wasting his time and his staff tried to block me from going into the waiting area, where my husband was! This is not a doctor. I recommend he does not stand behind his work and now I'm dealing with a crack tooth and bone loss. And to top it all off, then he verbally abuses me in his office.

When we finally connected, Dr. Cohen questioned why my son hadn't come in earlier and said he could see him Monday. He suggested a local oral surgeon near my son's school, but that office was closed. We had to rely on urgent care and hospital staff for help. My son ended up in the hospital for 5 days. During that time, no one from the office checked on him, and when I spoke with Dr. Cohen, he mentioned phone problems and being busy moving over the weekend. He also said we should have gone to a hospital where he had privileges, which we were never told about. While complications can happen after surgery, the lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and compassion from this office was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this practice.

Their work is top notch and their front office staff is very helpful and proficient in what they are doing, I do not have to worry about dealing with my insurance company as they take care of everything. I had put the procedure off for years as other oral surgeons said it was unlikely a graft would be successful. Dr. Cohen was able to successfully perform the graft. Moreover, he and his entire office staff were incredible - from making me feel welcome, to accommodating my schedule, to post operative followup, I felt truly cared for throughout the entire process. I did pay a whole lots out-of-pocket for 2 treatments since this office was not in my insurance network. Overall, I am absolutely happy with the time and money I paid for. The pain went away within 12 hrs. The team was very professional for informing me the pricing, scheduling, and calling to update on my condition. Highly recommend! For some years I put up with some bad ones, but just yesterday I went to Jeffery Escote and i am actually excited about finding him. He was great! Didn't talk down to me like many do when talking about the care of teeth. Rather than a dental hygienist talking care of the whole cleaning and exam and the dentist popping in for a minute at the end Dr Escote was with me almost the entire time. They also got me started right on time which was nice. An added bonus was the TV playing in the room, which was a great distraction from the work being done. Dr Escote is also just a very nice person. He really put me at ease and explained the issues I had very well. I definitely recommend him.

Dawn, the dental hygenist was rude and sarcastic and because of that she was acting unprofessional. After I got my teeth cleaned up, checked out, and x-rayed, Glen said that I have six cavities. I didn't get my cavities done and one of the reasons why is because I didn't have dental coverage on my health insurance and I thought I did because the delta dental phone number was on the back of my health insurance card. When the dental hygenist was done cleaning up and checking out my teeth, Glen didn't even check up on my teeth after the dental hygenist was done. The dentist I use to go to who's now retired, checked up on my teeth after the dental hygenist was done. After I called the medical biller and told her I didn't have dental coverage, she said that I have eight cavities. I looked at my teeth and I only seen what looked like two cavities and not six or eight cavities. Throughout that whole experience I thought something fishy was going on and I didn't trust them. So I didn't want any of the people who works there, working on my cavities. I know someone who went to Glen Marsack for an appointment and they said she has cavities. It took them three appointments to get her cavities done. At the dentist I use to go to, the dentist would get my cavities done right at the check up appointment if he found out I had cavities. Glen Marsack and his employees tell their patients that they have cavities and then schedule them for multiple appointments so they would get a lot of money from their patients or patient's health insurance or both. Glen sent me an e-mail saying thanks for your business. Now what kind of place of healthcare sends e-mails saying thanks for your business. I don't like it when a place of healthcare treats their place like its a business and not a place of healthcare. Take my advice and I apoligize for using all capital letters. DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST FOR APPOINTMENTS.

My last dentist (who I loved) retired so I had to find someone else. I was concerned that I wouldn't find another dentist that was as good as my last, but I have! Commerce Village Dentists is a full service practice. They provide not only routine care, but also dental implants, bridge work, partials, anything you need as far as dental care! Recently, I had to have a very old bridge replaced and it involved having a tooth pulled. The whole process was painless! I highly recommend Commerce Village Dentists!
