He listened and addressed my concerns. Leading up to the date of surgery, the office called me several times to confirm and go over all instructions. I was very nervous the day of surgery and the staff and doctor put me at ease. I had IV sedation which made the procedure very comfortable. I left the office with clear and conscience instructions. The follow up instructions are very detailed telling me what to do throughout the day. Dr Gulati called me the evening of my surgery and staff called the following day. I would highly recommend this office and doctor.

Dr. Gulati knew exactly what to do, and removed the gland with no nerve issues or ill effects after. I received nitrous for my procedure. Today I came back for another issue. Dr. Gulati did a wonderful job of explaining the causation and treatment path, and his expertise was clearly evident. My son had his wisdom teeth removed here, and the follow-up care was extremely disappointing. Six…read moredays after surgery, while he was at school, he developed complications. We tried for hours to reach the office but couldn't get through due to phone system issues. When we finally connected, Dr. Cohen questioned why my son hadn't come in earlier and said he could see him Monday. He suggested a local oral surgeon near my son's school, but that office was closed. We had to rely on urgent care and hospital staff for help. My son ended up in the hospital for 5 days. During that time, no one from the office checked on him, and when I spoke with Dr. Cohen, he mentioned phone problems and being busy moving over the weekend. He also said we should have gone to a hospital where he had privileges, which we were never told about. While complications can happen after surgery, the lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and compassion from this office was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this practice.

I went into have a tooth extracted that had a root canal that had failed he did a bone graft…read morewithout telling me he would do that and then he also filled it with pig bone. I was having concern about it with dealing with autoimmune I was worried if I may react to it !so he just hurried up and took it out I also believed he cracked the tooth behind it! I've been having a problem with that tooth since he removed the other, he wouldn't even look at the tooth. or the bone spur where he had done a bone graft without my consent, im now having what I believe is bone loss as my jaw is changing shape he said I should've left the pig bone in there and how he did the me a favor not once did he explain to me what he was doing he just took it upon himself to do that without talking to me then when I questioned it, he just wanted to remove it and now I'm having more problems. so I made an appointment to go back in for him to look at the changes but he verbally abuses me tells me I'm wasting his time and his staff tried to block me from going into the waiting area, where my husband was! This is not a doctor. I recommend he does not stand behind his work and now I'm dealing with a crack tooth and bone loss. And to top it all off, then he verbally abuses me in his office.

I've seen him walk around outside with chemical spray in his hand on multiple occassions ...just hire it out! Very old rooms and very low budget. Dr pulled on my wisdom tooth for over half an hour until it broke in half (half is still in my mouth today!). He should have referred me to a specialist if he could not handle my case.
