Not everyone has a workout buddy so sometimes us singletons squeeze in where we can, and sometimes it's in that 3rd spot. Deal with it.

They have done an outstanding job. My personal favorite however is the yoga. We have been provided with yoga instructors that are experienced and knowledgeable in leading classes in which most of the participants are older and not as nimble as they once were. They help us with modifications and are very aware of each student's special needs, offering input and information to help make it a better practice, but always challenging us. Each person is comfortably able to go at his or her own pace. The instructors seem to love the class as much as we do. Since starting yoga there 9 months ago, I rarely miss a class because it has helped me so much to be more functional. I am stronger and my balance is improved. I feel more fit than before even though I was a dedicated exerciser before I started. The class has gained a following and is growing larger all the time because it is truly a great experience. My most recent class was with the owner, Trevor, who was teaching for one of his instructors and I was surprised that an owner of such a facility was also an accredited yoga teacher. Once again, it was a great class in step with his other instructors. There are always scheduling issues with any class, but one can be assured that if you have a substitute while doing classes with Innovative, it will be a really good class. I don't want to overuse adjectives here, but I love these classes, they are truly wonderful experiences and make me feel so much better. The overall atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming from the moment you walk in. There are three treadmills, one elliptical, and on stationary bike for cardio - you can come by any time the studio is open and use the equipment. Three small training rooms are available for individual training, as well as a larger room for various classes (yoga, zumba,...) The trainers all appear friendly and knowledgeable - I have first hand experience with my own trainer as well as the owner, Terri, of both their knowledge, support of their clients achieving their personal goals, and caring for them as people (and not just clients). It all makes for an experience where I *want* to work-out (as opposed to "should" or "have to").

I went to many chiropractors and have not found a replacement. Her care is excellent, her office help are very kind and helpful. I plan to come to drive from Waco to Bryan for treatments and it will be well worth it. I am almost 78 years old and the spine and legs are not what they used to be I look forward to the treatment I receive from dr Karly.

I started seeing her during the peak of Covid because I was in need of some maintenance work on my neck and back with how much I was riding horses. Not only did she never wear a mask or practice Covid precautions, she was also proud of it. She talked loudly and frantically about politics, unsolicitedly and constantly. She openly bashed any political views that were not her own, in the middle of adjusting me, with literally nothing to jumpstart that kind of conversation and knowing literally nothing about me (spoiler alert: she had no idea that she was trashing my personal beliefs, but unlike her, I keep them private and don't feel the need to yell about them- especially not in my workplace?) Wait times in the office were always abysmal- I'd have to block out way more time than just my appointment time because her clients get so backed up, all because she wants to monologue about unrelated topics and vent about her personal life to her clients for 30 minutes each. Half the reason I wanted to go to her office was because she had an in-house massage therapist, but she ran off two of them in the time that I was a client there. She seemed to wear those poor ladies absolutely ragged. In complete fairness, the massage therapists I saw were both absolutely wonderful- they were respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. The receptionists and techs were also all wonderful- I can't recall a time that I had a bad experience with any other staff member except Karly. I stopped seeing her for a while because she was just so miserable to be around, but found myself in need of one more adjustment to tide me over until I found someone new. I tried to call the office several times to make an appointment (like, no less than 10 times), during business hours, and the phone rang until voicemail each and every time. When the voicemail box wasn't full/declining messages, I left a message with my name, number, and that I needed to schedule an appointment. I left multiple messages across a couple of weeks. Never heard a peep back from them. So much for scheduling an appointment. If you're gonna go to this office, clear your schedule for her monologuing and bring earplugs for the sheer volume that she speaks at. Genuinely terrible experience.
