My first time at Elements and I love getting massages at various places so I'm happy to report that the Bryan location exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so nice and helpful, the place was clean and relaxing and my massage therapist, Bobbi (female), was AMAZING. So kind, professional, informative, and a great experience from beginning to end. She not only is a very good masseuse but is humble and even suggested for me to come back and try other therapists to get a feel for the option styles to mix it up. So relaxing! I got NiNi and she made me feel comfortable, she asked if there was any particular areas that are tighter and needs more work. I was laying face down at first and it was extremely relaxing, almost falling asleep. She told me to flip right when I was falling asleep! LOL I wanted to just lay there ;-) But overall, my legs were extremely tight, had several knots in them due to a Spartan Race of 14 miles I ran four days prior to this massage. I was visiting Bryan / College Station this weekend and found Elements Massage on Yelp. I was thrilled they were open on Sunday and could get me in for a massage. The staff was very friendly and professional and the facility was very clean and comfortable. My massage therapist was Val and she did a wonderful massage. i called ahead to make an appt and asked for a one hr deep tissue massage- upon arrival the girl told me to cover up she left me alone for 10 mins... i watched the clock. After she started i asked if she could go harder .. that i needed her to go deeper in the tissue... she said that she couldn't as she had a ruff night and her hands were cramping... then with 15 mins left she told me i could get dressed and left the room it was over! the worst massage i have ever had- i felt totally shafted. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist that set the mood for a peaceful and tranquil massage. Cheska was AWESOME! She introduced herself and immediately asked about my needs. She said to let her know at any time if she needed to apply pressure or not. She was sincere and listened to me. I was relaxed and the peppermint essential oil lotion was an added bonus that filled the room with Christmas spirit. After the amazing massage, she even gave me the unused peppermint lotion to to take home. They are having a great deal on gift cards and I purchased two of them.
