That was a wonderful thing to have when you are shopping for tile. They even order samples for you while in the store. That was a plus! The only issues were: One- had to go look and ask for assistance after looking around and waiting for some time. No other customers were in the store. Two- I called back later to ask a question and it appears other employees are not knowledgeable about the products in the showroom. Otherwise, not a bad experience. NOTE: You cannot buy from this location of you are not a contractor, business owner/installer, etc. You must contact one of the above who deals in the tile you want to purchase and buy from them.
