I have waited 7 weeks since our last meeting, and still have no quote. I have contacted Pam, by phone and email, and her response was Holly was out sick.... I am disappointed in this business' overall lack of professionalism, and total waste of my time. I was trying to get window treatments installed prior to the birth of my first baby, and that will be unlikely now. I advise you to use another company, prices are comparable and you'll get far better service. I took a meeting with another local company, and had a quote in hand before she left my home.

After having the house painted last year, I decided it was time to pull the trigger. And I talked to a couple of companies about wood but ended up going with LAC and storm rated aluminum shutters. I talked to Roddy in sales in early December and he came up with a couple of different price quotes for me. I know standard colors would be cheaper but I really was set on my custom color so I asked him to NOT tell me what plain white or black or whatever would cost. Only to give me custom color quotes. I made the down payment in December. I received a custom color swatch in the mail... in January I think. Which I had to initial and send back. And the shutters were ready last week. We arranged for an install date on Friday. They look amazing!!! I had to be at work but my neighbors were messaging me about how amazing they looked while the install was happening. The custom color is great! The shutters are easy to operate and the storm bars look easy to install. The installers were respectful of my house and were fast! My only regret is not negotiating for a "Fight the Uglies" t-shirt when I placed my order. IYKYK
