Kaia FIT Fallbrook is one of the best purchases I could have ever made for myself. Four years ago,…read moreI had gastric bypass surgery because I was nearly 400lbs. I lost over half my size but recently started regaining because I never really learned how to exercise or build muscle. Even now as I'm still heavy set, working out has been challenging because while I'm obviously skilled with eating I haven't a clue when it comes to exercising, lol! With the support of all the women participants, the knowledgeable and motivating coaches, these early AM classes 5 times a s week and a supportive nutritional component/guide throughout this 6 week intensive BRIK program has truly made such a amazing difference. I've built muscle, lost body fat, lost weight, inches and now can run a mile faster than when I could back in my middle school days in only three weeks's time! Plus the monthly rates are an even better bargain than if you were to hire a personal trainer. If you're local to Fallbrook, looking to push yourself to your physical limits and wanting better health with results you can feel and see, then Kaia Fit Fallbrook is your best and in my opinion ONLY option! Love it!

Before, I used to always work out at the gym, go from machine to machine and just assumed I was doing everything right. Well after working with Denetra for just one session, I quickly realized I had been doing everything wrong all along! She not only shows you what workouts work best for your body but she also teaches you proper form and educates you on why we work out certain parts of our body or target certain muscles groups. I really like this because I feel more empowered knowing about my body and to know how to exercise properly and efficiently to see results. Because believe it or not, there is a right and a wrong way of working out to get the results for YOUR body. Denetra has taught me that every body is different, so you should only focus on workouts that help your body in particular; rather than doing what you see on tv or by watching other people in the gym. Your workout should be customized to reflect YOU and the goals that YOU want to achieve. Denetra has also taught me that working out can be fun. I have to admit that I hate working out. If it wasn't for Denetra, I probably wouldn't working out in the first place. But she makes things fun with always having a smile on her face, always having something fun to talk about and always motivating me to push harder. I appreciate Denetra's professionalism and would recommend her to anyone looking to see lasting results rather than the quick fix that is sold on TV. It doesn't work, trust me, I've tried so many of those. Denetra's workout methods work and she'll be there every step of the way to help you achieve your goals. Thanks D!

Cardio/weight lifting and everything. However, it wasn't until I started her training program that she tailored to fit me and my needs/goals exactly when I started seeing more drastic change in my body. I am leaner now and stronger. I eat better (let's be real it's so much easier to eat better when you have someone else who offers to keep tabs on you) AND for once I feel like by the time summer hits I will have that summer beach bod I want (: Her program is also flexible. I do her online training. I get new workouts every month and I can adjust them to my schedule which is really hectic. Her program is also REALLY affordable! PLEASE don't go paying ridic prices from other trainers who charge upwards of 80 dollars a session. This is a RIPOFF and you will go broke before you get the body you want. Denetra is affordable, fun, inspiring, and a downright AMAZING trainer. Would highly rec to anyone.

I am so glad I found Nicky. At 68 I have lost and gained 30+ pounds more times in my life than I…read morecan count. Occasionally I hired a trainer, sometimes through a gym, sometimes not, but I never really felt any huge results. I started a walking 5 years ago and that has been good. Changing my diet to low carb and walking regularly, helped me lose 40+ pounds over the last year. Now I needed to build muscle, get toned, and work on balance and posture. My upper body is weak, I lost tone (and my butt) with this last weight loss. As I age I notice small losses in balance. My posture has been an issue most of my life. I did research. The first trainer I hired, who was less expensive, gave me cookie cutter exercises and didn't push me. Maybe he thought I was too old. Then I hired Nicky. She is not easy on me, but goes at my pace. If I can't do something, she modifies it so I can be successful and still get the benefits. I am amazed at every workout with her depth of knowledge. Working together we have uncovered some issues I didn't know I had and we are working to correct them. When I started having a weird issue, we both researched it and she suggested I see a PT to confirm what we both suspect. I like that she researched the issue and also that she knows her limitations. She says, " I'm not a PT. They study for years. But I know training. " I'm feeling stronger in just a few months. My posture has visibly improved. I didn't expect to see a difference so quickly. She takes measurements and checks for muscle increase periodically. It's not required, but I like to see data. I'm pretty knowledgeable about nutrition, but she made some suggestions. I lost a few more pounds, even though that is not my primary goal at this point. I just want to be stronger and more toned. I want to live healthy into old age and I believe having a strong body is absolutely essential. If you want results and not just go through the motions, give Nicky a shout. If you are willing to work and want to work with someone knowledgeable, she's a great choice. Her workouts are tailored to each client. She will make sure you are safe and provide encouragement.

I bought two of Kim Oddo's Body Transformation diet plans…read more The fellow, Kim Oddo, I thought was very professional in how he conducted the one virtual diet plan and workout plan that I used. I only used one Body Transformation although bought 2 of these plans. When I spoke to Kim Oddo on the telephone, he said I could be reimbursed for the one plan which I did not use. He said for me to call his office and talk to the females who run the office. When I did make that phone call to his office to speak to his staff, the woman on the phone was absolutely adamant that no refunds are to be given because a certain amount of time had passed. I asked to be transferred to Kim Oddo so that I could refresh his memory of our phone conversation. The woman on the phone with me would not let me have a word with him. She actually was rather rude to me and made me feel badly for making this phone call that Kim Oddo said I should make. She did not relay my message to him. To this day, nobody ever returned my call to follow up. So, for that reason, I am giving the business a low rating. My advice to the general public is not to prepay for future services and do not buy two plans.
