The staff I dealt with were very helpful and friendly if they could be found. On multiple occasions I had to walk from one end of the store to the front counter to ask for someone to help me. The store is large and has just about everything you could need for your arts and crafts projects. But again, staffing seems to be an issue here. I can't say how pricing is here as other arts stores are not nearby especially for specialty framing. Even with the "special 70% off" pricing, with some add-ons like better glass and inside decorations, my 9x12 artwork framing was $200. Not cheap. Took a few weeks to have completed. But I'm happy. This Michael's also does UPS drop off, I believe. And they have balloons. If you have some patience and can deal with some not so great or missing staff, I'd make the trip.

I didn't understand why. I said, "Okay, I'll buy it online" and waited for you to pick and pack it. The manager then jumped into the conversation and told me I'd have to wait an hour or more because she didn't have time to process the order. When I waited for the checkout, the product was in the same place I'd left it. She told me it wasn't ready yet, but then she told another employee that all that was left was to print the label because the product was there. I also like to come here and get things for baking, like chocolate melts for party favors, molds and fondant mixes. This store literally has everything you need for any type of craft and hobby you could think of. Another pretty cool thing about this store is the weekly coupons they have in the paper or online. The coupon is sometimes for 40% off one item, that's not on sale or clearance and could be useful when you need it! They have bathrooms for customers and when it comes to customer service, they are very helpful and usually very friendly.

I made a vase. My wife made a bowl & lid. I accidentally broke a part of my vase off at the top while making it. But Cait gave me a great idea. Why not put roses at that spot? She showed me how to make them. I would have never thought that I could make something like this. 2 weeks later we went back to paint our pieces (a few doors down at a different studio). Even after a few coats, the paint looked dull. Then we went back at a later time to pick our pieces up. WOW!! You can see in the included photos. The firing brings the colors out so vibrant. My friend exclusively buys her meat here because she says it is well priced and trustworthy, which says a lot. The produce looks great, the aisles are clean, and there is even an attached cafeteria if you want to eat before or after shopping. Overall just a great experience. Clean, friendly, good food. I haven't had any occasion yet where I haven't been able to find what I was looking for, and more! They keep it pretty clean in here too, and checkout is fast. The food court also is pretty diverse, and has a lot of good options. You'll certainly pay a bit of a surcharge, but it is probably the best quality Korean food anywhere nearby. If I had known that this location wasn't on Yelp yet, I would have taken more photos! But alas, all you get is the photo of my kimchi jjigae.
