The whole office is very friendly and accommodating. I recommend all my friends to this office! Top notch!

It had been quite some time since I last saw a chiropractor, so I was long overdue for a visit…read more I've been to a handful of chiropractic offices, but this one is truly something I've never seen before. The office is so sleek and modern--I couldn't stop gazing at the beautiful interior. Whoever designed it deserves multiple gold stars! (lol) Although the initial price for the intake appointment is a little higher than at other offices, Dr. Gan was very thorough in explaining the type of care I could expect. Despite also working in the medical field, I still get a case of white-coat nerves around new doctors. Dr. Gan--and most importantly, Ruby (the office mascot )--were great at easing and calming those nerves. My body has been through a lot over the years, and I have to say that the few appointments I've had have done wonders for my daily aches and pains. Here, you can tell they don't provide subpar treatment just to ensure repeat visits; they genuinely want their patients to get better and return to full capacity. Dr. Gan even provided me with exercises to help address potential problem areas in the future. If you're still on the fence about visiting this office, cast your worries aside--you'll be fully taken care of. (:

It's been a long time coming. I've been seeing Dr. Jason…read moresince 2018, back when I was completely lost and hopeless about my back pain. I have a bulging disc in my L5-S1, and at the time, even walking hurt. Finding him was the turning point--not just for my physical health, but for how I approached investing in myself. Jason goes above and beyond in every session. He doesn't just crack your back and send you on your way. It's a deeply personalized mix of deep tissue work and chiropractic adjustment (no electric machines or cookie-cutter routines here). He listens, adjusts based on your body's feedback, and truly cares. Over time, he became more than just a chiropractor--he's been part healer, part therapist, and part miracle worker. Honestly, I was hesitant to tell people about him for years because I didn't want him to get too booked up (selfish, I know). But now that I've graduated from chronic lower back pain and can finally be active again--including picking up cardio--I want people to know: if you're struggling, this place can change your life. I've tried everything from acupuncture to other chiros, and nothing compares to this level of care and impact. Trust the process. Expensive, yes. Worth the investment? Absolutely!!! Now, of course, I've managed to mess up my neck--so the work continues! But I know I'm in the right hands.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I returned the day after posting my initial review…read morebecause I had a previously scheduled appointment. Upon arriving, the front desk informed me that Dr. Haskin had canceled my appointment and would no longer be seeing me as a patient due to the review I left. My review was simply based on the treatment I experienced from the front desk staff, and I do not understand how providing honest feedback about that interaction resulted in me being dismissed as a patient. It is unfortunate to see a business respond this way rather than addressing the concerns being raised. I believe feedback is an opportunity for improvement, and it is disappointing that my experience was handled in this manner.

Vitality. That's what I've gained in one month of working with Dr. Singer. One month! I still can't…read morebelieve it. I'm a registered nurse and have dealt with the pain of scoliosis for decades. I quit bedside nursing after five years because of it; my back couldn't handle it. I'd subscribed wholly to the idea that scoliosis is a degenerative condition and I would only continue to get worse. So, I did. I've seen multiple chiropractors for many years and still I'd progressed to living with pain that was consistently a 5 out of 10. I was chronically depressed, overweight, and hopeless about my declining condition and my future. Then I met Dr. Singer and here is what's changed in just one month's time: 1. Pain reduced from a consistent 5/10 to an intermittent 1/10. 2. I WANT to exercise now and I'm not exhausted and in pain after doing it. 3. Significantly improved digestion. My stomach is telling me that it doesn't want to eat as much anymore. I am WAY less hungry, go much longer between meals, and have already cut one meal because I didn't need it. Candy seems disgusting now and I actually crave healthy foods. This isn't a mindset change, I can feel that my chemistry is VERY different. 4. Sleep. Oh my Lord do I sleep well now. I used to sleep okay-ish but I'd wake up exhausted. Now I wake up before the alarm feeling rested thinking, "That's different." I can't believe how I was living, I was sick and declining and I've got decades still to live ahead of me. I do yoga and take walks regularly, I thought I ate healthy, I took my vitamins, exercised. I was hungry all the time though, I was always in pain and always felt low grade malaise. As a nurse, I counsel patients about healthy diets and reducing stress but I now understand better than ever how challenging that is when your gut microbiome is sick and your nervous system is always being stimulated from nerve compression. Dr. Singer is a healer and so are we, with his guidance. All the pharmaceuticals, surgeries and cardio in the world can't give you what he can. But, you've got work to do because this is a partnership. I did the tests he suggested, I take the supplements he recommended and I do the exercises he prescribed and it has all been well worth it. There truly is no greater investment than your health.
