They have…read morereal mink lashes and they have a book of different styles, volume and lengths that you can choose from. They take notes of what was used in session so that for next time, they can pull up the information from their booklet to use the same one. Unfortunately, I don't have many lashes to begin with so I usually just go with express set and I usually have to wait a couple of months before doing them again so that my lashes grow back. Normally I can get a refill once before I let them rest though. These lashes last for a long time too. Perhaps 4-5 weeks for me and you can still see them, whereas with other places, it was only 3 weeks. It's also hard not to fall asleep during the session because their memory foam portable beds are so comfortable! Book an appointment at least 1.5-2 weeks ahead if you're looking for a specific time/date. It takes 1-2 hours depending on your lashes and what you want. They have a phone number where you can text for appointments or you can message via Yelp.

If this was my first time, then I wouldn't have any expectations but it isn't so I am quite disappointed with the results. Both my sister in law and I drove from the east end all the way to Vaughan to get our lashes done because we got a great promo deal via Groupon and their work on Instagram looked pretty good. Location: it was a little confusing to get here, but if you look for the TB Tax sign in the plaza, you're in the right spot. There is free parking available and it's a fairly large lot. The salon itself is up a pretty steep flight of stairs and there wasn't an elevator as far as I could tell. It is NOT baby stroller or wheel chair friendly. The space itself is small, clean and pretty. I liked the little touches, like the glitz on the hand towel in the bathroom, and the huge fluffy pillow on the couches. There is no separate area for waiting and treatment, so if you're shy about being beautified with a possible audience, be warned. Mind you, when we visited, there was one other girl finishing up before us and we basically had the place to ourselves. This was great because I had to bring my 8 month old daughter with me and she is a giggly little thing that babbles quite loudly some times. Nicole did both my lashes and my SIL's lashes, although she received an HD set for a 20$ upgrade fee. It was totally worth it if you have a lot of lashes because it looked fabulous on her. I have much shorter and sparser lashes so I stuck with a more natural look. The thing I loved was that I literally just said, "Hey, I just don't want to wear mascara on vacation and still look bright eyed in photos..." and she just knew what to do based on my lash length and eye shape. I also wear glasses so it was important that I didn't get cartoonishly long lashes that bumped my lenses. The lashes were soft and didn't feel stiff to the touch. I left with a little pink pouch with some aftercare instructions and a pink mascara wand to keep the lashes brushed. The lashes held up pretty decently without any refills, even after about four weeks. I've always been pretty good about lash care, but this vacation had been pretty hectic so I hadn't brushed them as much as I normally would and they still looked full, albeit a bit tangled by the end of the day. I'd say they looked pretty good at up until about the six week mark, after which there were just too many lashes that had fallen off. This, however, far exceeded my expectations. Overall, I'd recommend this place, particularly if you live in the area. I don't think I'd be returning regularly only because it's such a trek from my place, but Nicole did a great job and knows what she's doing when it comes to lash extensions.

Heidi made sure to explain the process fully and carefully created the colour that I was looking to achieve. To help her with the colour I had in mind, I brought the lip tint that I normally used. She then crafted the colour with her pigments and ensured that I was happy with the colour prior to applying it. Keeping in mind that everyone's pain tolerance level is different, I did not feel uncomfortable or in pain during the actual process (numbing cream was used before the process begun). Heidi made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire lip blushing process. Upon completion, she thoroughly explained the healing and aftercare process. Again, keeping in mind that everyone's skin will react differently, my lips were pretty swollen after. However, as advised by Heidi, the swelling subsided after 2 days and the whole healing process took about 6 days for all the scabs to come off. Thank you Heidi for doing such a wonderful job!

While browsing places to get microblading done for my mom, I came across Oh My Lash and Brow on Yelp. What stood out the most, were the before and after pictures of Heidi's previous clientele. Add in the $250 for $450 voucher and the relative close distance to my house, and I was sold. Next, it was easy calling in and making an appointment for the next day; and Heidi gave useful directions over the phone, for getting to her unit number within the plaza - she is located on the second floor; & once you get up the stairs, there are large signs above each door in the hallway letting you know of which business is which. The overall process took about 3 hours, with the majority of the time being spent on the pre-procedure tasks including: initial information session on microblading, consultation, and sketching of the eyebrows. My mother is a very picky woman so they had to be perfect before we could move on haha - I appreciate Heidi's patience. The actual procedure took anywhere from 30-60 minutes and a lot of numbing agent is applied to the area before and during the procedure to eliminate any pain sensations. Heidi also continually checked in with my mom asking her if she was ok and/or feeling any pain. Another great point to mention was Heidi's obvious knowledge and experience performing this procedure. She gave us plenty of information in the beginning regarding risks, signs of infection to look for following the procedure, and she was sure to explain the sterility of the microblading tools she would be using. [Cool to note that she even staples the freshly opened package to each client's consult form.] With my mom and I both being nurses, we were very happy to see that detail and attention were put into the health safety of the procedure, which involves needles and the breakage of skin, therefore carrying a high potential of transmission of infections. Overall, my mom and I were very happy with the results, the entire process and this wonderful microblading experience with Heidi. She gifted us with another voucher to help spread the word and I will definitely be sure to pass it to a friend. It is well worth the time and money spent! Thank you again Heidi for your professional and courteous service, we will see you again in 3 months time for the first follow-up!

Shockingly, they called me the day before (November 28th), falsely claiming I missed an appointment, and I would not be allowed to book with them in the future. I was extremely apologetic and disappointed with their punitive policy. I have been a loyal client and was extremely surprised that I would miss an appointment. I later confirmed through my email that the error was on their end. What's worse, my attempts to clarify via phone and email were met with unresponsiveness. Beware of this salon's unprofessionalism and questionable business practices. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable and customer-friendly establishment. Lash extension is a luxury service and these dire economic times, I'm shocked that businesses wouldn't value customers.

When I first got my classic set completed by Sommer, I was 100% satisfied! Excellent ambience, friendly customer service, happy with lashes! So I kept returning for my refills. Then, there was one day I arrived to Flirt Custom Lash and one of the other ladies did my refill, and I was not happy at all. There was too much glue applied to my lashes, thus damaging them. It took me a while to restore my lashes back.
