Their driver was weaving between lanes, tailgating, and speeding like they were in a race. It was reckless, dangerous, and completely unacceptable for someone operating a massive vehicle. I managed to get the company name from the truck, but there were no identifying numbers or contact info visible -- which makes me wonder if this kind of behavior is something they're used to hiding. If they treat other drivers this carelessly, I'd hate to imagine how they treat customers' vehicles. I wouldn't trust this company with anything, especially not my safety or my car or the van he cut off and almost caused a major accident. Do better.

Josh procured/replaced an awning arm for our camper. 2wks before our month long trip to Wyoming…read morefrom Cypress TX, one of our awning arms bent and needed to be replaced. I called numerous repair places and no one was able to repair it before our departure. I contacted Josh and he was able to get the arm two days after we arrived in Dubois Wy, he came by and replaced the awning arm. The arm was the one with the motor. All the repair places in TX wanted to replace the whole arm (including the motor). Josh was able to get the arm without the motor, replace the arm using the original motor which saved me $350. I really appreciated Josh's punctuality. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That trait is really hard to find now days.

Unfortunately, they did not close everything up that they had opened and unscrewed the first time. My septic line was dismounted from the bottom of the toy hauler, screws and washers that were supposed to retain my LED light strips had not been returned to their place, so when I came back to them, asking them to come back here to finish their job, they did, but they also charged me $249 to do it. As a former small business owner myself (farrier) if I didn't finish a job one day, I definitely came back to finish it the next day, and I sure did not charge them to finish the work that I was supposed to do the first time. According to the invoice, they charged me $199 to add a few extra screws on top of returning everything the way that it was before they came out the first time, and $40 for fuel. In my opinion, the only thing I should've paid for is the $40 in fuel. how I felt about this invoice, and they did not budge at all. I'm a bit disappointed to say the least. The only advice I would give future customers is that you ensure they finish the work they started before they leave so that you aren't stuck with a second invoice for things they should've completed the first time around.

My husband called Fast and Furious Detailing and made an appointment. A nice woman showed up at my house at 9:00 am to pick up my vehicle and said it would be done around 1:00 pm and she would drop it off. At 12:50 PM a gentleman from the shop called to let me know my car was done and to arrange payment over the phone. Perfect. The same woman brought back my Jeep at 1:00 on the dot and gave me my receipt. Upon inspection of the work all looks great! I wasn't expecting perfection as I knew there were some bad stains in the back (mocha latte spilled down the side of the back seat). But honesty it is 99.9% better and that is what I was hoping for. The cloth seats are still a bit damp and I rolled the windows down some to allow them to dry quicker. Car came back with a plastic cover on the drivers side seat and a floor mat cover too. Will return again. Probably going to budget a detailing twice a year. At $180 it wasn't cheap but it is money well spent to have a clean car again!
