Some of the staff even took time to come in and compliment me on the homemade panda themed cake I made. The photographer was also amazing! She was great with the kids, took some beautiful photos, and gifted a photo album to my sister of some fun moments! This alone was such a thoughtful gesture and almost had my sister in tears! The staff had the room decorated with the decor we provided ahead of time so all we had to do was show up and enjoy. And if you don't want to decorate a specific theme?? No problem! They decorate the room in their colorful birthday supplies! Oh, and the whole facility was extremely clean and organized. They had everything you could need so if you forgot anything, they had you covered!! They even bring in their mascot (who is massive) and get the kids together for group photos with him. It was so unique and fun, the kids loved it! I've read the other reviews where people are complaining about the staff cleaning up before everyone was gone, but instead of seeing that as a bad thing, I helped them clean up so they could start setting up for the next family. It was the human thing to do. Being kind is free. I wish more people could slow down and show some compassion. My kids are all older now but I wish this place had been around when planning parties in the past. I will definitely recommend FunBox to anyone looking for a stress free and fun birthday party. I wish I had gotten the names of our hostess and photographer. They deserve kudos and recognition for their part in making my nieces birthday party above and beyond special.

The facility itself is nice for older kids, but their customer service and lack of developmental…read moreawareness are unacceptable. We were just visiting the area and stopped by hoping for a safe place for my baby to play, but it turned into an infuriating and unsafe experience. A business built for children should understand that kids develop at vastly different paces and there is no rigid standard for every age. My son was born four months premature. While his birth certificate says 18 months, his physical size, adjusted age, and motor skills are at a 12-14 month level, and he has only just started walking. The front desk took our payment first with zero warning. Only after we had already paid did they inform us that he was couldn't enter the 18-month-and-under section. When I tried explaining that he is a preemie, the staff member argued back and forth, claiming his adjusted age "doesn't matter" and that they strictly enforce birth age and weight but they do t know what he actually weighs. Because they forced him into the main play area, the bigger kids were running circles around him while he was barely finding his footing. It was a complete safety hazard that defeated the entire purpose of having a protected toddler zone. I wish they had disclosed this rule prior to us paying. If you are visiting the area or have a child who was born premature, be aware. Edit: The owner personally reached out to apologize, issued a full refund, and ensured the team was coached moving forward. I really appreciate the accountability and customer care!

Sometimes it'll be an issue with another kid or a bigger kid even but it's not something that is out of the normal for that many kids. It gets worked out. The staff is nice and usually helpful. Lots of good birthday parties there. I like it better than the other trampoline parks. They could do a better job of answering the phone tho. Never is crazy lol also the new hours, 4-8pm in the middle of summer is wild. It used to be a pretty solid place for parents to come work remote while their kids played but apparently that era is over. 4-8 is like the prequel to closing for good.

We visited Urban Air on July 18, 2026, for a children's birthday party with our 23-month-old and…read more5-year-old. When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this Urban Air.

We just never went back. We decided to take our kids to an indoor play area and wanted to give this another shot. I was surprised it wasn't too crowded for a Friday afternoon but it was great! Check-in wasn't super smooth again - they had issues finding us in the system, so I just started filling out a new waiver again online myself while she struggled to find us on the computer. Finally we got to go inside and the kids had a great time. It was a lot more spacious than last time and they made better use of the play areas. It didn't feel so crowded and they had plenty of seating for parents all around. Glad we gave it another shot, will definitely return sooner rather than later next time.

My nephew was obsessed with the fire station. He put on multiple jackets like he's a firefighter. He definitely enjoyed it. The theme party was Minnie Mouse so Enchanted decorated Minnie Mouse theme for the group which is amazing. Definitely recommend this place for a great private event party for the kids.

The overall size limited the trip and we worked through it faster than anticipated. It was quite busy but the overall vibe was fun. The second visit was way more enjoyable and we decided to visit due to the addition of a reptile exhibit that included hands on experiences with snakes, lizards, and more! The exhibit was not as packed when we arrived this time, so my kids got to play in the water room much longer and then do the Dino coloring for a bit before they setup the show. Many kids arrived at the show time, but there was plenty of room and the hosts were awesome. Would still go without the show, knowing it's a quick trip through - would go again for the reptile exhibit!

We had a blast at Dinos Alive with our 2 toddlers (and 1 late teen who is a Dino expert)!…read moreUnderstand this - it isn't Disneyland, Universal, Knotts, or Six Flags. It's a well designed, compacted, intuitively creative, and incredible dinosaur immersion experience! Price is affordable - just stick to the basic package and you'll have a wonderful time. Is it big? No. Is it so large you want to rush through? No. Is it fun for a date? Depends on your preference. Will your young kids have a wonderful time? YES! Will you have a great time? If you love creativity, have imagination, and enjoy seeing the glow in your children's eyes with looks of discovery and awe.. then you will absolutely love this. Parking is limited but plenty of availability when we went late afternoon. Parking immediately across the street is cheaper, just pay the attendant at the actual site first. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ambiance of Dinos Alive is cloudy with smog machines, dark, mysterious, and immersed you into "dino zone." Plenty of large dinos for families to enjoy (and touch - wasn't sure if this was allowed but we did it anyways as I'm sure the creators intended it for young kids). Take it slow, don't rush. Done with your tour? Backtrack back to the beginning and do it all over again! First round you're typically taking pictures. So make the second round a fun experience for yourself and absorb everything the Dinos Alive staff put together. Afterwards, there's a fun station for coloring dinos and scanning them to show up walking on a projector! Pretty darn cool, if I says so myself. Fun little eggs to take photos in. Excavation zone to dust off dinosaur bones. Couple rides for young kids with a small and big dino to take some videos. Small shop to purchase stuff if your wallet feels generous. The entire experience, with backtracking and seeing the dinos twice while taking our sweet time and messing with the kids, took a little over 1 hour. If you rush through, it'll take a measly 10 minutes (so don't do that). Highly recommended if you have children who are into dinosaurs! An experience you might forget, but definitely an experience the kids will remember!

Amanda and Rachel were incredible from start to finish. I was so worried planning my daughter's 2nd birthday, and they were unbelievably patient with me, answering every question, easing my stress, and reassuring me that everything would be perfect. And it truly was. They helped me pick a theme and made sure there were activities that appealed to both boys and girls, with age-appropriate options for kids ranging from 1 to 8. They were also so accommodating that they let me set up a small pseudo "tat-two" studio to celebrate her turning two, which was such a hit and made the day feel even more personal and fun.
