Unfortunately, their work is very amateur and they don't have the ability to do any better. They refinished a very large hardwood floor in my house and did a very poor job. My floor now has thousands of little marks from the drum sander all over the entire floor. In addition, the finish never leveled before setting up and there are finish streaks across the entire floor. The company owner was very nice and agreed with me when we both reviewed the work, but said if he were to re-do the work, it would still look the same. He said he would make a reasonable adjustment, but never did. He won't answer his phone and it's been months since we talked. My only recourse now is small claims court. Save yourself the headache and disappointment, find someone else, or just do the work yourself. It will turn out much better and you'll save a lot of money and time.
