PHENOMENAL. The Studio Owner ? AMAZING. The vibes? EVERYONE IS WELCOME! I could not say enough nice things about this studio. My child is on the Spectrum and it's been challenging finding a studio that will not only accept her but also really work with her to achieve her goals. Rather than say she "can't" Ms.Lana , Ms.Alisia, Ms.Jamie and rest of the staff have poured love into my daughter and it's pretty great. At every studio you experience kids who aren't so nice but at Dance & Aerial Majority of the girls are the BEST! They are kind and welcoming. And that is something we really look for. Both the Recreational and competitive side have been a blessing to us this year. We are so happy with the service and everything about the studio! Thank you Ms.Lana & Ms.Alisia for loving Rorie so much and truly making our Dance experience here one of the best we've had! We can't wait to see what Next Season Hold

But nothing really clicked until she found Dance and Aerial Addiction. A studio previously occupied the same location with a similar name, but now the space has a fresh start under new ownership with Ms. Lana. She's an America's Got Talent alum and a headlining Las Vegas performer who came to the U.S. from Ukraine not only to live the American Dream, but to earn it through dedication and hard work. She now runs an incredible studio with professionalism, discipline, and heart. The moment our daughter left the floor and took to the air on hoops, silks, ropes, and trapeze, everything clicked. She found her passion, her extracurricular exercise, and a place where she loves learning. And as an added bonus, the recitals are thrilling. Instead of the usual long, boring, mundane dance performances, these feel like a mini circus, with kids flying through the air and performing impressive aerial routines that keep you on the edge of your seat. Highly recommended. This studio has been a game changer for our family.

I am only giving it one star but really they don't deserve ANY. I dropped off a small package on a…read moreFriday. I paid almost $19 for pkg to be sent to Utah. Recipient did not receive it as of THURS although he assured me it will arrive in Provo MOn or Tues at the latest. So I went directly back and I asked for the tracking number. He (he said his name was Kenny Smith...) showed me on the monitor that it was "IN TRANSIT". HOWEVER, when I went home and punched in the numbers for Fedex to track it was not available. I called Fedex TWICE. They did an address search and there is NO record of my pkg nor that tracking number. I called Kenny again. He couldn't even tell me WHEN the pkg was picked up. I was at least hoping they were lying and that the pkg was JUST picked up and was still in the truck which is why no record was showing but he could not tell me or will not tell me when it was picked up. He said he was not working Mon or Tues so he doesn't know. (!) I asked about the discrepancy and he said he will call Fedex and that I should call back in 10 minutes. I gave him 15. When I called back, I could barely understand what he was saying because I could tell he was trying to dodge my questions ie "When was it picked up?" or "Don't you get a receipt from Fedex from the address label that you make"? I asked if there was anyone I can talk to and he gave me the name of the owner and wouldn't tell me how to reach her. He didn't even know how to spell her name. I am upset. The boxes contained 200 wedding invitations that were individually addressed. I am VERY upset. It would have been best to just be honest and tell me WHEN or IF it was picked up so I can at least know exactly where the pkg is. As of now, I still don't know what happened. I am sick to my stomach. I will NEVER do business with this entity again. THey are unprofessional. Plus the man has his little girl assisting him. That is NOT how you run a business. Disgusted. POSTSCRIPT: AFTER A WEEK, the owner called me and told me she would get to the bottom of it. Within a couple of hours, I was able to track the pkg on the Fedex website. The owner tried to represent to me that the pkg was picked up. THE TRUTH of the matter is, Fedex SCANS each pkg on every point so that the pkg is trackable. So if the pkg is not on their system, it simply was NOT picked up. This means that my pkg SAT IN THEIR OFFICE for a week. I don't know why. But a previous review had the same problem just 2 weeks prior to my incident. THEY ARE LIARS and tried to cover their butts. AND they did not even offer to give me my money back since so much damage was already done. (Since the pkg contained wedding invitations we had to reorder 200 more since time was not on our side...) I am so disgusted with them. DO NOT drop off your package here. if you do, ASK FOR THE LABEL RECEIPT and actually MAKE them print and attach the labels on your package. That is how its' done.
