Awesome selection of dvd, cd's, vhs and cassette tapes. Also a vintage/thrift clothing portion inside. They also buy clothes and media. I can spend hours browsing. Also pretty good sale sections. The store is very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. No food or drinks allowed while in store, they have a self to leave drinks. Backpacks must be left upfront. Great selection, good prices.. HORRIBLE staff. Last two times I went it was just issues. Their site has zero terms that says no guns or knives, nor do they have any signage outside that says so either. Yet the employee's will bug you to leave them outside if they see them. The employee's have a rude tongue and have no issue calling you names, they will kick you out over the smallest inconvenience, and overall they're kinda just tower rats. It's just okay. They do have a huge collection of vinyl and other format records, but some of the prices are outrageous in comparison to other distributors. I try to shop local as much possible, but in this economy, the dollar only stretches so far. On the plus side, for anyone who loves to dig through vintage shirts, collect VHS tapes and hunt for unicorn items, this might be the spot for you. Yeah there's a great selection of DVDs and CDs, but the business practices are terrible. Don't buy clothes there unless you know it's going to fit, oh and they have a crappy dressing room situation. Maybe you need to return something you purchased they only have an 8- day return window for store credit or final sale. Not to mention the items they paid for only cost them a dollar and they will mark it up 1200%! Save your time and efforts and DO NOT SELL HERE. If you want a good conscience, then don't buy clothes here either. The place is depressing. On top of all this the staff are a bunch of callously numbed corporate hipster wannabes with a chip on their shoulder about something. I won't be returning to this delusional hellscape. just left as of 3/9/25 we came in and were greeted but this other guy was following us my bf pointed it out and he followed us the entire time until he came up to me and told me i can't have my bag and was very rude about it. he kept implying i was going to steal and i literally didn't notice him following us because i haven't been here in so long and i was so happy to finally look at the music again and take my time... we were there for 5 minutes and immediately left after he did that because he ruined our mood after that. Why couldn't he just tell us that when we came in? Or at least when he first noticed my bag but instead he waited and followed us and watched us assuming i was gonna steal. Owner over the phone was very rude when inquiring about a defective BRAND NEW RECORD. it's literally not impossible for a record to be scratched out of the box, i buy almost all reissues and i've received my fair share of crappy presses. and the SINGULAR time i purchased a defective product and stated that i have video evidence of the scratch on the record where i experience the skip, he continued to state that "it's VERY rare for a record to be defective out of the box. It's most likely a turntable issue." it is impossible for a scratch on the music to be my record player's problem. i have an AT-LP60x. Literally no other skipping issues on ANY of my other records in my collections. *you can see the scratch on my record in the glare of the light in the picture* Terrible service, terrible value for money cuz records are overpriced. the cherry on top was that he told me they were closed at 7pm when apple maps and google says the close @ 8pm. Unprofessional and rude. UPDATE: went in today to replace the record and owner would rather argue with me for ten mins AFTER MAKING ME WAIT to be helped, in priority of other customers after i previously already waited in a LONG LINE. he insisted that it's still my turntables problem after him and worker confirmed the scratch is there. Eventually replaced item on the agreement that i wouldn't come back. So unfortunate they would rather lose a consistent customer than take care of their customers. Owner was insisting that i didn't know what i was talking about and said that new products and new releases are bound to have issues. I told him he should stick to being a thrift store then if they can't handle selling new products. if it's defective and i purchased it, TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR DISTRIBUTOR and return and get a refund yourself so you still make your profit margins. I like the clothing styles they choose to sell and the prices are really good. I made about $20 selling barely used designer clothing which wasn't a good compensation. I understand they need to make a profit, but I would have made at least $100 elsewhere like Poshmark or eBay so 1 star off for that. Great music selection. read more

Just go browse their 50 cent dvd and 2 dollar bluray sections. A lot of the LPs are also very cheaply priced. Sometimes prices can be a bit high, but overall it's hard to walk out without buying something. One of my favorite spots to visit and shop in town. read more

I went in to sell some expensive clothing that I either never wore or only wore once or twice. They took the clothes and looked at them and decided that only a few items were a acceptable to keep and for my 150$+ items (two of the dresses) they gave me back 8$. Wouldn't even take half the bag. I only tried this place cause they said they would pay more but when I went to Plato's closet they offered me more than that and accepted more of the clothing. I am NEVER giving them my money or working with them again. The worst part was the girl up front had the absolute rudest attitude towards me. I miss the original Rasputin. I'm never going to this place again and I would NOT recommend at all. read more

This place might be slowly becoming like Plateos Closet. They're extremely picky about what clothes they accept, maybe a little too picky for a thrift store. The customer service is good but could be a whole lot better. Overall a cool environment, but they can for sure freshen up on their people skills and go over their reasons as to what clothes they should accept, since they are in fact a thrift store, and not a Macy's. read more

My brother took my mom and I to this place and it's not that hard to miss. It's a now bright pink building and catches the eye quickly. I love going to new thrift stores cause you never know what to find. This place is massive!! They have so many vinyls, old and new and CD\DVD Collections. They have something for everybody. The clothing area is pretty big but some of the things are a little pricey for it being a thrift store but the quietly of clothes is overall good. Love coming here to shop for clothes because there is always great deals.. The thrift section in the back is great, especially since I'm pregnant and in between sizes. However, the guys at the counter that checked me out were very rude and seemed unhappy that I wanted to purchase a large bundle of clothing. As I walked up to the counter I said, "hi how's it going?" And that was completely ignored. Dude with grey hoodie and glasses responded with "are you going to want a bag for all of this?" It was very obvious through his mannerisms throughout the transaction that he was irritated, and the guy who came to help him gave off the same energy. I understand having bad days, but it felt very unwelcoming and almost degrading. I am going to have to reconsider returning to this store. Every time I come is typically a great experience, and I'm always buying a lot of clothes at once. This time was just unsettling. read more
