The staff there is so friendly and helpful. Their pricing is really good too. Their piercer (I cant for the life of me remember her name) was amazing. She walked me through every step before she did it as well as she did it as well. I've had multiple piercings and she by far has been the best that I've had. The shop is super clean too which made me feel even more comfortable.

While the piercer was starting to remove the smily, I bled a little. I was bit shocked that when I slightly tapped her to stop pulling since it was starting to hurt, she just kept going. Wish she could have been more mindful to stop and made sure if I was ready to go again, felt like my skin was going to get ripped off (ultimately, this is what I was trying to avoid doing it myself) $5 plus some change to remove it, plus if you go when its a little busy you will have to do it on a time when you do not have to time crunch.
