Backstory: in a wedding that is utilizing MW for the suits…read more Groom tells all of us to head in to get fitted. I show up and they tell me I need an appointment. This was never specified as the others who went to the locations in the MPLS area didn't need to. Mind you the worker is sitting behind the desk on his phone. He said he is auditing before the next appointment that happened to be late. He looked on his phone and said "oh, the last appointment just filled up". He asked how far it was for me to drive in and i told him about 30 minutes, he then proceeded to tell me that if it were more than an hour he would have found a way to fit me in. (ummm what?). He then told me to schedule an appointment online and I left. Not impressed. A few others in the group reported zero issues with their experience, however the ones that went to St. Cloud had nothing but issues. The groom eventually decided to move to a different company because it was cheaper and we could keep the suits instead of rent. Those who wanted to cancel at St. Cloud had to go in cancel. They wouldn't accept anything over the phone. Even though the other stores do. Then when they went in they said they couldn't do anything because the groom hasn't cancelled with them (which he did), so he had to leave and then come back again. Both the policies and the customer service were abysmal, not to mention it's more expensive than others. I will not be returning here in the future and I can't recommend it to anybody.

Told me about any alterations I might need, and the timeframe to do it in. Will follow up once I get the suit itself and return it.

My fiancé and I elected to get the suits for our upcoming wedding, as we had a very bad experience…read moreat one of the other mall suit shops, and my fiancé had bought a suit here years ago. They're very affordable, and for their wedding package, you get to purchase a jacket, pants, shirt, tie and pocket square plus hemming of the pants for less than it costs to rent a tux at other places. They also had the light gray colored suits we were looking for. Tons of different tie options, with a lots of colors and designs, and everything looks pretty sharp. There were two main issues I have with the service, though. First, I absolutely understand shipping issues. Our suit order was placed in July/early August with a November return time. Ok, cool. Gives us wiggle room for our early February wedding. Well, first week of December rolls around and still nothing. We call them, speak to Anthony, and note that they never called us, and he told us "your one guy that ordered a vest, the vest is on back order so they won't ship the lot of everything until that comes in." Ok, we can still deal. A few weeks later, everything is there. When we go to pick up my fiancé's suit, the sales rep, Alex, tells us oh, actually they only sent us half your order and we had to send it back because if it comes from a different dye lot, they won't match. (Oh awesome, so now we've been lied to by one of these two guys...) My fiancé's suit fits, as do two of his groomsmen, and my father's suit. The other issue comes from the other groomsmen's suit. The size pants he supposedly asked to be ordered were way too big. They told us he lost a ton of weight between order and now. This guy is a super skinny, not possible, but Alex told me he disagreed when I called to enquire about the issue. (insert eyeroll) So they're gonna take his pants in. Great, now we're in the middle of Jan at this point. He goes to pick up the pants after the alteration, and now they're too small. (thanks Max for not knowing how to measure properly.) They offer to ship them to the groomsman since he lives an hour away, but they can't guarantee after the ADDITIONAL alteration of letting them back out some, that it'd arrive before the wedding. So our poor friend has to make yet another hour long drive just to get pants that are now redone for the third time the weekend before our wedding. They fit, but what a mass amount of back and forthing that was absolutely unnecessary.

My wife and her sister set out on a quest with a rather impatiant 92 year old man to get a suit…read more The staff at Knights chamber was beyond patient, and extremely helpful at getting a suit that was not only good looking, but economically priced. They were beyond understanding of the situation, and definately made the experiance less stressful on all parties behalf. They are worthy of repeat business.

The lady who helped me with my return was also very nice. Clearance section was kinda a mess but I don't blame them. People usually just pull things from the shelves and didn't return them at the right spot.

They shipped the wrong boots so I took them back to the store and the cashier took them back and did a return. However, here it is 1 1/2 months and still they have not issued the credit. I've gone back to the store twice and spoken to the manager who did a credit on the register, but it didn't get applied to my acct so I still owed it. I've called Kohls customer service 5 times and was told it was taken care of. Not! The last call they informed me I missed a payment which I had not. The person retracted that and said my acct was in order. Got my statement today, nothing has been resolved. In 50 years I've never missed a credit card payment, so I paid the stupid thing just to keep a derogatory off my credit report. All of this over $30-$40 dollars. Love how they take advantage of a senior citizen on social security. I will never step in that store again! Even tried to correct it on line today with someone on their chat. Didn't happen. I am so disappointed in Kohls and their customer service.

Had family pictures taken in the photo studio. We arrived on time and yet they RUSHED us through…read morethe process. The pictures were terrible. We received no direction while taking the photos, were not given advice to turn our heads, adjust, etc so the posing would look good. Almost all the pictures of my son he look like we just told him grandma & grandpa died. He is only 2.5y/o and was warming up to the process by the end- but did the photographer let us know he was frowning in all the earlier pictures? No. One of them he doesn't even have his eyes open! The only photo I did like was blurry upon closer inspection, and we did NOT get photos like the package we chose. This is a very expensive service and I think I'll be calling to refund/return the digital album. We got $70 off and for 14 terrible pics it was still $170 for the digital copies-which again, are not something I want printed and hung in my house. So, so disappointed. If this was a good experience, we would have been coming back a lot. Will be actively dissuading friends/family from going here. Edit- I called to get a refund and was unable to because the photos are digital. The photographer did call later and offer to have us come in for a few more photos, but we were already out of our outfits, hair messy, I took my makeup off/brushed my curls out, and returned my xmas sweater to the friend I borrowed it from. Overall, it was just disappointing to be rushed so much and receive no direction in posing. We spent a lot of time buying/coordinating outfits, getting ready, and we had to save money to afford these pictures. Maybe it's stupid to some, but I was so excited to finally have a nice picture of my little family and I was heartbroken by this experience.
