This location in particular went above and beyond to help me find something I was looking for and suggest substitutions when it wasn't in their stock. Usually they do have a good selection in their stores, including Petites which is my personal arena. They have definitely stepped up their game in terms of updated styles. Another reason I love Talbots is the fit. I tried on their (petite) jeans, and it was the first time I didn't want to cry in frustration AND they were very flattering on me. I have a few other non-Talbots pairs of jeans that are comfortable, but they aren't nearly as flattering. I've ordered a number of items from their website, and every single one has fit great. They often have sales, and if you sign up for their card you get even more. I don't have the card, but I am part of their rewards program which is nice. It's not phenomenal, but it helps. I like the wishlist feature on the website which helps me to curate what I'm interesting in buying in the future, decided between items, and easily see when each one might be on sale. Another excellent feature is that you can search to see if the item you're interested is in a store near you, and you can even reserve it before you have a chance to head over.

For almost two weeks the package was lost inside the PakMail. The manager there is Michael and he signed for it so I know it was there but misplaced. I thought it could have been returned to sender also. So I called the New Balance store to tell them about the mixup. The store tried to make it right by ordering a second package of socks to be shipped from the Mall of GA store. It's going to be delivered to my house. Today I stopped by the PakMail to see if my package was found. It was at the bottom of a bin. I don't know why they couldn't find it last week. I just called the Alpharetta store to tell them the package was found and I wanted to pay for the second package. Mark answered and I tried to explain what happened and that I wanted to pay for the second package of socks. He must have been busy or in a bad mood or he didn't believe me. He curtly said enjoy the free socks. If it was a screw up on their part I shouldn't have to pay. It just doesn't feel right. I'm an honest person. Oh well, I go there at least once a year to buy shoes and socks.
