I specifically chose the large size because I wanted them to have a big, gorgeous centerpiece for some very, very important photos this year. What got delivered was not only NOT the size I ordered, it looks like it was hastily thrown together by someone who doesn't know what they're doing, or possibly toppled over and then got trampled during the delivery process. They are closed today and there is no option to leave a voice mail message when I called. I am extremely sad and disappointed, because there is no way to fix this before Christmas.

After browsing their website, I had decided on an arrangement. I wanted same day delivery(which he accommodated without issue) so the arrangement I wanted wasn't available. No problem, I told him I'd trust his judgement with something equivalent. He helped me throughout the ordering process, including the written note. The flowers that arrived were beautiful, well arranged, and for the most part, equivalent to what I had initially wanted. They spelled my girlfriend's name wrong, but no biggie. She was thrilled. I think the price is fair. So far, it remains to be seen how long the flowers will last. Overall, I would definitely recommend and definitely use again. I first went to another Lehigh valley florist for an estimate which, to me, seemed really high. Not knowing anything about flowers I almost booked them, but something told me to get a second estimate. On a friend's suggestion, I went and met with sue and got an estimate for the same exact flowers at less than half of the original estimate. Being a very easy going bride, I would've been thrilled with "ok" flowers at that price, but they were absolutely stunning. The flowers were so beautiful and everything was just perfect. She delivered our things to my house at one time and then took the ceremony flowers to the park a few hours later, perfectly on time. One thing I really appreciated was that sue suggested we bring extra vases to the reception to put the ceremony flowers in for decoration. I feel most businesses would try to sell you extra things instead of helping to be creative with what you have. I will go back to sue at Albert brothers for all of my future flower needs and you should too!!
