And then they don't prepare your order! You can't get order status online. And again, they don't pick up the phone ... I had to wait 10 minutes outside and another 15 inside to get my order. So I am not really sure what this place is for. Ordering online and picking up is barely faster than ordering elsewhere and takes far more of your time.

They don't do anything about it other than send it off for service for at least a month. No replacement, not even saying they are sorry. Just rudeness from them. But during some maintennace work my son managed to distroy his card with a screwwdriver. We therefore had to buy a new card. Given the good support we have had so far we went to Inet at Sveavägen, and the advices we got was really helpful. If you don't have perfect knowledge about the PC- market and the products, my advice is that you to go to Inet and let them guide you to the best products for your needs. As long as they keep their service level this high I will buy my stuff at Inet and not look for just lower prices anywhere else.
