Whew, I'm so amazed by the outcome of my teeth, I was never much of a smiler before but nowwwww I can't stop! I had separation anxiety from my braces lol I should've had them removed 2 years ago, but nope I just couldn't let them go. No broken brackets no crooked wires, NOTHING. But as I'm approaching my 36th birthday I figured now is the time & I couldn't be happier The entire office staff is amazing , I love how it's setup like an assembly line & the doctor just comes down the line and see each patient.. Thank you so much Doc. -Myra McCullough

I have 2 children being seen at TDR. My review based on quality of service, outcome, and price…read more We have Dr. Reyes for every appt except 1. TDR has the latest technology in terms of diagnostic tools, appliances, and internet service. You can see your child's pictures on the website if you create an account, so the parent who is not able to attend appts gets to see. They explained very clearly what they wanted to do and why. They discussed pros and cons of treatment, best case/worst case scenarios. They had us wait on braces for my son stating that his adult molars needed to come in, and they explained that his canines should drop naturally, and they did (which means less time in braces) So I did not feel rushed/pushed into anything. After my daughter's palate was expanded they put in a maintenance appliance that is much easier to eat with and care for. They discussed my insurance with me, answering all my questions. Their communication and paperwork is forthright and clear. They offer 5 & 7% discounts if you pay up front with credit card or check. I get appt reminder text messages. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my child to get onto their appt. They highly encourage patient responsibility and care, so they educate my kids about brushing, etc. That's a huge support as kids don't like to listen to their parents. Their prices fall within national average for service, tipping slightly toward the higher end, from what I've researched. My son's Tx was 5k before insurance & discount, my daughter's $3700. I feel like I am paying for peace of mind and time (they save me time). My daughter's teeth look great, and turned out just as they predicted. can't comment on my son's as his Tx isn't done yet. The assistants are super nice, relate well to the kids, and remember what you talked about last time. My ONLY complaint is that the female doctor started pulling my daughter's teeth (the roots were gone, they were caught on her appliance which is normal) without saying what she was about to do. It did not startle or hurt my daughter, j surprised me. I did not know anyone at TDR before I was referred there.

Trash Orthodontist. $$$$ is all he is looking at. Anybody with half a brain will realize this once…read morethey start treatment because of how rushed everything is and how he isn't thorough about anything. Absolute terrible experience! Had braces for 20 months the first time around and ended up having to get them back on. Dr. Briedens treatment caused my bite to be way off even more so than when I started, My teeth ended up in a position where they met right in the middle to where I couldn't bite down correctly. After this first treatment he placed a permanent retainer and assured me it would keep my teeth in their correct positions and I'd maintain my final results. Well, a few short months after I had major gaps on the teeth that this permanent retainer didn't cover. As a professional he should've known for my particular case that a removable retainer would have been more ideal. So I complained about my results until he put them back on for another 15-19 months only for my bite to go back to near what it was when I started treatment 3-4 years prior along with chipping on my top front teeth because the directions he was giving me with my rubber bands caused my teeth to overlap excessively and hit my bottom brackets. He then took my braces off A SECOND TIME and I had him file my teeth for a second time because obviously the wear and tear of a second treatment caused unevenness and now my teeth look very small. Even after going through treatment a second time the main issue I was trying to FIX!! "SPACING" was noticeable immediately after taking them off the second time! This time it was in the middle of my TWO FRONT TEETH! After all this money spent he recommended bonding SMH! HEY DR. BREIDEN maybe you should've told me these problems would occur beforehand to prevent all this nonsense! BUT NO you were just looking at the $$$ signs! You're supposed to be professional you are a specialist in orthodontics! You seem to just disregard your patients concerns and say oh well I have my money ALL IS GOOD on my end. Who knows the damage you caused to my jaw putting me through such an extended nonsensical treatment! Worst money & time ever spent. You should be ashamed of yourself. Pretty sad we couldn't get good results after 2 tries! Also Dr. Breiden doesn't even keep your original molds for your retainers. So if you lose them on vacation or something and come back and your teeth have shifted basically your whole treatment could possibly go down the tubes because of something so dumb. Any logical sensible human being would keep original molds to retain results DUHHH. Now a few years after finishing treatment and my teeth have never had worse alignment and spacing in my life. I expressed my disappointment to Dr. Brieden at the very end of this nightmare of two separate unsuccessful treatment processes and what I thought he was missing or doing wrong wanting an actual resolution that made sense and I was happy with and he said "I'm not going to listen to this anymore, I'm going to my office... good luck with everything" A professional would do everything possible to make sure their patient is happy at the end of treatment not just tell them suck it up and go away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORTHODONTIST he's a joke. And will take your money and do a shotty rushed job.

I see Dr. Brieden they are the best people out.there I have them pin until fourth of July they let…read moreme change my appointment for it wasn't on my birthday but I have a question do you get to have three colors for the normal kind of braces?

This is…read moremy sixth son and I made many mistakes in choosing the first orthodontist that I was trying not to repeat. 6 orthodontists told me that the treatment plan that I was asking for was too risky and they wouldn't attempt it. The last two said they could do it. Dr. Havens told me all of the risks in moving his canine up, over and down including the possibility of losing that tooth or another tooth but said that he would try. He slowly and methodically moved that tooth and my son is in his final stages. (I unfortunately allowed my 2nd son to have his tooth pulled instead of insisting he try to save it. That baby tooth has now broken (he is 28) and I now have to pay for an implant which is thousands of dollars.) Dr. Havens was realistic, thorough, informative and kind. He didn't say everything I wanted to hear (It will be easy, 100% guarantee I can do it.. etc.) but that was why I chose him. The schedule also almost always runs on time which is an added bonus. Don't hesitate. I did all of the research for you. Will add photos when completed.

My child was not consistently seen by the same doctor each time so they weren't able to track progress correctly (one doctor photographed, one did not). We went and got two other second opinions and were appalled to find out that there were several more issues going on with my child's mouth that were not discussed with me, or even probably noticed on their part. I'm so sad I wasted so much time here. I cannot recommend enough that you should get a second opinion for your child as we are now having to start treatment all over elsewhere and are out all that time and money.
