I had 2 trees get blown down during the big storms in Elkhart a few weeks ago and 1 big one fell on…read morethe front corner of my roof. The damage looked overwhelming to say the least. I had no clue where to begin to find a contractor to repair it and I've never been through this before so the most important thing for me was finding someone I could trust to do the job thoroughly and not take advantage of me so after asking around I went to yelp and Marco was one of the first to reply to me. He came out to do an estimate and he sent me pictures of everything that needed repaired along with his estimate. I really appreciated the pictures and that along with him taking time to explain everything that was damaged up on the roof and the front of my house and explaining how he would fix it made me trust him. I hired him and he came out 2 days later and did it all in 1 day. I honesty thought that it was going to take at least a week but I was very pleased when I got home from work and they were almost done. It looked great I couldn't believe it. I am very happy with the work Marco did and more importantly I'm grateful that I found someone I can trust to do the job right and not take advantage and over charge me. I plan to hire simian solutions for more projects.

After Shane told me he'd give me the refund by June 8th (which I knew he wouldn't), I filed a claim in Berrien County Small Claims Court on 06/10. Based on Google reviews, this isn't the first time he's done this. DO NOT HIRE HIM! UPDATE 07/14/2022: The court ruled in my favor when Shane didn't show up today. He now has a certain period of time to pay me or the case will be added to his record permanently. I will update accordingly. UPDATE 07/28/2022: He has two weeks left to pay me per the court's order, after which I can file a motion to seize property from him. Assuming I'm not paid by then (which I'm sure I won't be), I will file the request immediately.

Their tow driver was to her before my husband even got there. Probably around 10 minutes after I called. The gentleman was friendly and helpful. They were my 2nd call as the first one was to another tow company in Cass that starts with a P. The man that answered and spoke with me wasn't very friendly nor seemed to really want to help. When I asked around how long he thought he'd be to get to her, he was like however long it takes me to drive there (glad he stated the obvious). So I just ended the conversation and called True's. Both were in our insurance preferred providers. Thank you so much True's for caring and your friendliness. I definitely recommend you.
