Based on Google reviews, this isn't the first time he's done this. DO NOT HIRE HIM! UPDATE 07/14/2022: The court ruled in my favor when Shane didn't show up today. He now has a certain period of time to pay me or the case will be added to his record permanently. I will update accordingly. UPDATE 07/28/2022: He has two weeks left to pay me per the court's order, after which I can file a motion to seize property from him.
