Moreno's Roofings' quote was significantly lower than the other quote I got. Moreno's installs a complete roof system , ice & water shield, felt paper underlayment & starter strip shingles around perimeter off the roof. They use Certainteed-Landmark shingles with a 50 year warranty. The crew arrived on March 24, 2025 and removed the old shingles from the roof and installed the ice & water shield and felt paper and staged the shingles on top of the roof. They brought along a dumpster and discarded old shingles and other materials into it as they worked. The next day they nailed the new shingles into place and finished up the job. They cleaned all debris from my yard and also rolled the yard with a magnet to pick up all the nails. My experience with Moreno's roofing was very positive, the crew doing the work were friendly, professional & very thorough. I am extremely pleased with the results, the roof looks great. He provided a temporary fix while assisting me through a homeowners insurance claim repair due to the damage being caused by a tree limb falling on my roof. On the day of the work a six man crew completed a whole tear down, deck repair, and shingle replacement of a whole side of my roof in a matter of hours. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the fact as well. Although the particular type of shingle was not the same as those originally installed on my house it looked nearly identical so as to not be noticeable. I was extremely satisfied overall and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others or use them again in the future.

They try to get 50% down and half do the job. On the November 6, 7 T&J was hired to install drywall for my home in Laporte, Indiana. The total cost was $3100.00. I gave them 50% down which is $1550.00. I received several quotes and they all measured and agreed at best 140-155 sheets of drywall was needed. The two guys that T&J hired to install the drywall, immediately walked and said I need more drywall. They was very strange with out measuring how drywall was needed. When they started to cut the drywall, they caused at least 40 of sheets of waste. Then the owner Tony said we needed more drywall. It's all sounded strange. I told Tony how I wanted the drywall to be installed including putting drywall up to the window because I was not putting Casing on the window, he said okay but they did not. They did not finish the job and they left walls with out drywall . I showed Val his accounting person and she agree she would be very upset if her home was left unfinished.
