Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I'm used to my stylist calling me first just to make sure I feel comfortable with another person styling my hair. The front desk was courteous and professional. Tamara, my stylist was very professional and took good care of me. Took about 6 inches off my hair per my request. My first reaction was too much hair product because my hair felt sticky and I didn't like the way my hair was styled. I normally put a beach wave using a flat iron and light hairspray. She started cutting half of what I have on top. My hair does not grow that fast and now my hair is way shorter than what I wanted it to be. When I talked to the manager, she did not care about the service and still had me pay half of the haircut. This is unacceptable. The manager was there during the whole process of my haircut and watched her cut without asking how much to cut off. She never once stepped in and handled the situation. I want a follow up from the owner because this is ridiculous.
