After she took everything out, she sorted my clothes by size, style and color, then asked me to determine what I truly wore or would wear soon and then put those items back, arranged beautifully. We repeated the process with my shoes, handbags and accessories. The transformation of my closet is amazing. She also rearranged my panty to help with staging my home for sale. Again, quite a transformation! My home is now ready for sale. Picture perfect! There is absolutly NO WAY I could have done this without Audra's help and compassion. Cliff Notes Version of MY wedding on 3/7/2020 *Kerrie sent…read morethe wrong arrangements. *Kerrie failed to set my head table first as she agreed. *Kerrie stopped responding to my emails after she was made aware I was unhappy with the arrangements. *She just disappeared without resolution. . I was excited about the horizontal church and guest table arrangements we contracted for, as I did not want any traditional arrangements. As soon as I walked down the aisle to my horror they were just as round as they could be. My planner reached out to her beginning with my bouquet. Kerrie told my planner she would contact me within a few days, but I wound up having to reach out her after not hearing from her for a week. I emailed Kerrie and listed my disappointments only to receive an email back stating she did nothing wrong. I responded with an email that contained photos comparing the contract photo to what she delivered and she has yet to respond. She went ghost which is rude, unprofessional, and unprecedented. So two weeks after my wedding I am left to write a review She tried to justify the failure by stating "they were wider than they were tall and flared at the bottom so that makes them horizontal." I'll post my contract photo next to what arrived and you be the judge. The next major issue was that I emailed Kerrie about making sure my head table was preset and the arrangements from the church be moved to guest tables. She assured me that my head table arrangements would be pre-set. I rushed through the photos at the church to get to the reception venue so my husband and I could take photos in the room while the guests were still enjoying cocktail hour. To my dismay I walk in to view a head table with no large arrangements. She did the exact opposite of what was asked and what she told me. This is so bad guys, that my photographer sent detail photos over, and in them are photos of empty stands on the head table even though I made it clear that that was the priority and she agreed to it. I've included photos of that as well. Then Kerrie made a point to write "I do know that your friends and family loved the flowers and took them all home at the end of the night, so hopefully that gives you some peace." Quite frankly that was beside the point. I, the client, didn't like them because it wasn't what I asked for or expected Kerrie. With the exception of A Stylish Soirée I was blessed with 12 wonderful vendors. I was told things would happen and they did, but the other two vendors reached out to me apologetically and made things right without me asking. As a result I've only had to write one bad review. The irony in this is that during the final payment stage she sent me the contract to sign and the bill was lower than it should have been. I made a point to correct the errors in excel, recalculate the higher amount, and made her aware that her system didn't calculate the balance due properly. Who would have thought I would be the one getting stiffed! Lol

Chloe was an amazing wedding planner and recommended the best vendors that were reasonably priced. She not only answered all of my millions of questions, but she also helped put my mom at ease and answered her questions throughout the entire process. When the actual wedding day arrived, she went above and beyond and drove to our home during the reception, picked up our dog sick with cancer, and brought him to the venue to have him celebrate with us. We love our dogs and it made our night so much more special to have a visit from him! She without question was the best wedding planner ever. Highly recommend!!! Kerrie was amazing as a florist, and her vision played out exactly as I had imagined and more! I have had so many compliments on her work and had the most beautiful bouquet. Even though we had used the services of other interior designers before, we had no idea there were so many beautiful options available to choose from until Jennifer presented us with her plans and suggestions. Jennifer designed and had custom created all new light fixtures throughout our home, worked with us on sourcing all new furniture, found the most amazing area rugs that blended in beautifully with our home, and topped it all off with dozens of unique and beautiful accessories. She also worked with amazing artists to design and commission custom paintings and frames. Jennifer was actually involved in the process of choosing what objects the artist should paint including colors, so the artwork blended beautifully with everything else in our home. Without changing a single structural thing, Jennifer literally transformed our home into an updated, gorgeous, and beautifully renovated showpiece. Throughout the whole process, she listened to what we liked and collaborated with us each step of the way. Although Jennifer custom designed and built new furniture that allowed us to add a unique element to the house, she also retained many pieces of our original furniture by reupholstering them with new fabrics and pillows which saved a lot of money while giving the furniture a whole new look. Jennifer is very communicative, creative, and dynamic. There is absolutely nothing "cookie-cutter" about Jennifer's approach and how she transforms a home. Her relationships with every type of vendor and supplier imaginable run deep which makes the whole process so much easier than it is with other more run of the mill designers. Our projects stayed on time throughout and absolutely exceeded all expectations. We ended up totally loving everything Jennifer did for us and would use her services and incredible sense of style again in a heartbeat. We had two 45 minute visits with her when she brought over two different tile selections. She then sent a photo from the Ferguson catalog which we ended up not using.She never submitted any design plan to the contractor either. We picked out a slab and paint for bathroom. Unfortunately that is the last we saw or heard from Kristy. The work began in May and I did all the leg work with the construction. She never consulted with the contractor to see how the project was progressing. We had many issues getting product during covid. I work full time but also thought hiring a designer would assist in getting everything done in seamless manner. When I followed up with her she had lost my file and had to come back to my house to retake new pictures. After completion of the project the 2nd week in July of which she has to this day never seen I reached out to her for some sort of refund. She claims she did 40-60 hours of work for me at $250/hour and only charged me $1500. There is no way she did this much work as she took a powder after the initial consult. I would not recommend her services as she is unprofessional and does not deliver on her work.
