The woman in charge confirmed that she would have the flowers and be able to deliver them, and then canceled last minute. She couldn't even be bothered to call and just sent an email. An email I didn't see until she didn't show up. It was very unprofessional and because of that I wasn't able to have flowers at my wedding. If your job is to cater events so meaningful then you should be doing everything in your power to help resolve the problem. She made me pay everything in advance and then couldn't even call me. I can't explain the push back that had in my wedding day if I could give 0 stars I would.
