As I normally do- I always get three quotes then choose the one I feel the best with. Whoever I choose sometimes is the lowest and sometimes not. Andy was the first to answer my call (my cell number is not local and many times gets ignored), he was the first to show up, he walked the property with me- we discussed options and he provided me with a quote.
