Andy Doss apparently has years of experience in the tree business. He was very helpful, especially when he gave us gentle correction when things that we thought we wanted done were not in the best interests of our trees and property. As I normally do- I always get three quotes then choose the one I feel the best with. Whoever I choose sometimes is the lowest and sometimes not. Andy was the first to answer my call (my cell number is not local and many times gets ignored), he was the first to show up, he walked the property with me- we discussed options and he provided me with a quote. I choose Andy over the others for a few reasons 1.Price 2.Years of experience- the man knows what he is talking about 3.he has all the equipment and doesn't need to contract out to others. I called Bo for an estimate on cutting down and removing two trees on my property. I had a huge…read morepine tree and a medium sized oak that were both dying/dead. He came to look at the trees and gave me an estimate. I told him that I was also getting an estimate from other tree services. He said he would beat any other prices I got-and he did. It took him and his crew 2 days to get the trees off of my property. They cleaned up all of the limbs also. I am well pleased with their service. I would highly recommend the All Around Handyman Bo!

What an ordeal. Back and forth texting w/pics. Quoted $500-600. But, Larry wanted to discuss in…read moreperson what we wanted done. (Not going Into the scheduling of appointments) Jeff finally shows. Really liked him. Quoted $800. Trim tree back, cut smaller tree down. A little too pricey. So, Jeff says he would trim the maple tree up plus clean up the trees/brush behind and around the shop against the fence. Made an agreement to pay him $800 CASH. Jeff came on a Thursday May 9th for the fact the camper would be out of the way. He didn't show until after 12. I passed him approx. 4:30 coming home from work. When I got home, I assumed he was going to come back the next day because of the rain. He showed back up about 6. I had to remind him of the other tree trimming and the clean up behind the shop. Against my better judgement, i took him at his word and "telling him" Larry said to pay him 1/2 until he finished. He said he would go ahead and finish since it was such a long drive. Borrowed our ladder(not the problem but see pic, didn't bother to put it back up) I told him he could come back whenever it quit raining, not a big deal. Then, he had trailer light issues. By this time it was after 8:00 PM. Dark and still raining. I told him to leave all of the wood and not to worry about it. Him and his 1 person help finally left. Larry was not happy with the pics I sent him. As we were dealing with Larry's dads declining health. I have made multiple texts to Jeff and his wife. calls with left messages to Jeff's phone.(oh and it wasn't working because it got rained on) we have given him every opportunity to make this right. His wife responded to my text and said she would make sure he would be here "the next day".. told that 2-3 times. Today is May 18. I haven't heard anything from him. Look at the pictures. This price was to include clean up and hauling off. We have about +2 hours of clean up. I didn't realize what all was left undone because of it being dark & raining when they left. But he said he was going to come back. I have also been told this several times. If you need your trees trimmed, we wouldn't recommend him. When someone tells me they are going to do something, I expect them to keep their word and do it. They tried to turn this around tone my fault but my dates and times add up, not theirs. I could post the text conversations I had with Jeff or his wife, but pictures tells enough.

Had the excuse that he didn't have help! Well I work construction myself and wouldn't need to hire a crew for what was left to do! All he needed to do was finish cleaning up and stacking wood! Guess we will be on the hunt for new tree service
