The doors were already locked and an older blonde woman promptly waved through the door that they were closed. She came over to the door when we continued to stand there, and we pleaded to her to let us run in and buy a coffee mug. She told us no, and that they were closed. We told her the website said they were open until 7PM and she responded that it was "an old website," and "we close at 6" (It was still at least 3 minutes until 6PM). She rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed, and unlocked the door to let us in. As we were greatly thanking her, she sarcastically responded, "I would love to get home and I know my family would absolutely love for me to come home too." While we are greatly appreciative that she let us buy the coffee mug (We were in and out of the store within 45 seconds), we did not appreciate the unnecessary attitude. We will not be returning and if you plan to visit this store, ensure they are open beforehand, to avoid being disappointed and encountering rude employees.

We chatted for a little while about the painting in progress in the gallery--he does his work right there--and he sent me home with a print! I'm no artist, but I like what I see. I highly recommend working with Rich if you are considering holding a sale. Plus, he is as honest and kind as can be. He made the experience so that we could focus on our feelings about selling the family home, and not about stress. And the cash he got us from sales made it easy to look forward, instead of backwards. Willow Hill store is fantastically fun, too. Items included furniture, Knick-knacks, toys, and other random items that are all vintage. However, the store is extremely crowded which is the reason I only give it three stars. My husband and I had to alternate walking down the aisles as we both couldn't fit at a time and we were worried about knocking anything over. I noticed there was a basement too with additional items, but we didn't go down there as we were afraid how tight that space would be as well. This store has the potential to be a five star place, I think they just need to rearrange items or better display them so it is easier to move around. There were a lot of items I missed and couldn't fully observe due to too many things being piled on top of each other. It's worth a visit and you're likely to find great items
