Bobby even stopped by the store to pick up an item we needed for the night, which was very nice of him to do! He patiently waited outside in a safe parking spot while we finished dinner and drove us safely from destination to destination! The party bus was clean and the music system was amazing! If I ever come back to NOLA and need a partybus, this is my ONLY option. I appreciate you all very much!

Once we all loaded on the bus and got on the road, I knew we made the right choice. We were brought exactly where we wanted to go and even made a few pit stops along the way. The sound system was on point, the bus was clean, and the party was lit. Everyone was brought home safe and we couldn't have asked for a better pre-wedding party. Thanks Nene, I'll be back!

I would not recommend Trufant transportation to anyone coming to new orleans…read more We paid for a bus service from 8am-10pm. We ended up not needing the bus service later in the evening and they would not refund us, which it's completely understandable. However, with the amount we paid for that time block, we expected to be the only group he had for that day he seemed to have booked another ride and was not able to come pick us up for almost two hours when we asked him to come get us at 330PM!!!!! If i'm renting a bus service for 14 hours and then only have to use 8 of those hours, do you think a business would be happy to provide the correct service in the smaller window. Instead, he made a group of 30 people wait in a parking lot for over an hour and a half, nearly two hours for him. Because of this, we had to miss a dinner reservation. With a party of this size, it was a very large deposit that we could not get back. If there was a 0 star option, I would leave that here.
