Best experience I e had yet with a doctor. Mayo on the other hand did a half assed job on my first shoulder replace, twin cities orthopedics really messed up my foot rebuild, and St Joes? Don't get me started. Oakleaf is like staying in a 5star hotel. Plenty of friendly professional help, incredibly nice facility, and ANY resteraunt would be hard pressed to equal their food. This is a class act, and will always be my first choice for a hospital.

My daughter needed an appointment but the person on the phone said the her ped wasn't taking anyone for the rest of the day and didn't know when she would be open again. She recommended we go to PH UC so we did. I did file a complaint already with financial services (so that is done) and the pediatrician called me back to find out what happened and has already put in notes about the experience so it hopefully doesn't happen again. The snobby lady at the front desk with short blonde/white hair (old woman on first floor) got up from her desk when I was trying to check my daughter (after she cut me off several times) in to UC. The other lady (younger, long hair and nice) was checking me in after the crabtree left the desk. Then the old bag brought back someone from administration that repeated herself like a broken record with every question I asked. She was completely coached and wasn't even answering my question. They must be worried I will sue them, I would sure like to. I did video all of it. It was so disgusting how my daughter was treated and spoken to by the appointment coordinator. Anyway, we ended up going out to the car and skipping UC. For kicks, I tried calling pediatrics again and got AN APPOINTMENT literally minutes later since I was in the parking lot. We walked right up there and got checked in no problem. That lady on the first floor made a mountain out of a mole hill. Just do your damn job; pandemic crap is hard enough as it is. Stop the power trip already lady. If I find out her name I will be posting it here later.

I usually go to mayo, and I am going to be switching as of today due to how nice and understanding she was. She wanted to help me with all my issues, and put in a bunch of referrals. It wasn't a long ways out to get blood work. She reminded me of a "mom figure" since my mom is very mentally ill and not really in my life. I really appreciate her. I think people make it a thing that you have to be rude now a days. And being rude doesn't make people wanna come back. Being rude puts the person there seeing in a horrible mood, and kinda ruin there day.
