I have a dental phobia and I feel very comfortable at his office. His office staff is very friendly and helpful and even wrote me a long detailed letter explaining my dental plan to me very clearly and simply. Sure, I have 2 cavities to get filled in a few weeks (bleghhhh, wahhh) but I definitely appreciate Dr. Freedman's expertise, personable nature, AND the fact that he's a great painter (his artwork is on the office walls - pretty rad). I've had two different dental hygienists on my two visits and both Dawn and (i forget the other gal's name) were SO kind. One even cared (or pretended to care, either is fine with me) about my new volunteer venture as a cat cuddler at the Humane Society. I digress. All I really want to say is that this is a great dentistry, especially because thoughts of dental visits bring fear to the hearts of so many. You'll feel taken care of here :)

I only had one problem with this place: the dentist made me feel extremely uncomfortable. In fact, my rating is probably more of a 2.5. I normally LOVE chatting with docs/dentists, but the conversation with this dentist left me feeling uneasy every time. I've always laughed it off as nothing, but when I told my friends/coworkers about my experience here, they were disconcerted and told me I should start looking for a new dentist. I've since switched to a different dental group altogether, but I do miss the amazing hygienists at Somerset.

My dental office for two years in Manchester…read more.. It was as good an experience as you can get from a dentist, for sure. Dr. Lovelace and Dr. Kasprzak (yep, that's how you spell it) are both very good dentists that did their work right the first time around. They've also got a great team of hygenists who are as friendly as they are professional. Wait times were always at a minimum, and even so, they have a ton of magazines. I found a recipe i liked in one of them, and the office lady was nice enough to make a copy for me :). Most importantly, this is the place in Manchester to go for a dentist. Even though their office is in the deteroriating Main Street section of town, their business is alive and flourishing. Now if only they would invent an automatic flossing machine.

To having to wait 2 months for an appointment. To his staff having very limited experience. They can't even figure out how to operate the chair. To giving perdikis expired filling material to use on me and broken unusable tools. To taking 5 + trys to take an xray. They took 20 xray of my mouth one time, I'm probably gonna end up getting cancer . He told me I had 8 teeth that needed filling but after the first 2 ($600+) I decided to get a second opinion. My new dentist said I didn't have any cavities at all. So perdikis is clearly doing unnecessary work to take advantage of people. So stay away from thus guy unless you like getting fillings and throwing away money.
