The towing company claims to have "sold" it, but I've yet to receive a single shred of documentation proving that. To make matters worse, the owner received over $35,000 from my insurance but then demanded an additional $12,000 to release the truck back to me. I tried negotiating and asking for my truck back a few days after the insurance paid out, only for the owner to claim a week later that it had been "sold." When I asked for proof of the sale, he refused to provide anything and instead arrogantly laughed in my face, claiming the truck was sold for just $100--a laughable figure when considering the value of the truck's rims and tires alone. His exact words were, "Looks like you have a good court case." I've been calling for over 7 months, and most of the time, no one answers. When I do manage to get someone on the line, they brush me off with promises to "call me back"--promises that are never fulfilled. This company's actions are not just shady; they are predatory and insulting. They have no regard for people's property and seem to think they can play games with insurance money while treating customers like dirt. CHP should seriously reconsider their relationship with businesses like this. Do yourself a favor--stay far, far away from this company.

I contact a few tow drivers on yelp, but they either don't want the hassle or were too expensive, saying because it's not a car they needed to charge extra. When I contacted Ponchi, he said he would take the job, and the icing on the cake was that he was the most reasonable. He was on time and very friendly. When he got to my home he helped me get the lift inside my garage. He was also very careful not to scratch my new concrete. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me with my unusual tow. I highly recommend Ponchi if you need something big to be delivered, or a vehicle for that matter. His 5-star reviews say it all. Thanks Ponchi.

I have a PO Box there, did business that day there and walked around downtown for about 30 min LIKE EVERYONE DOES! No I know they have a sign that says you can be towed but it specifically says IF you are not a client of the post office of which I am. I went inside to ask why my vehicle was towed and the substitute post master (which I later found out he was not the actual post master) said he had no clue. I was extremely upset, kept asking questions and finally he told me he was neither the actual post master nor the one who called this tow company - the real post master was the one and he was gone for the day. Probably beicase he met his quota of towed vehicles to indicate some type of productivity for his day. I live in Lodi and still have a PO Box. Every single day and especially on the weekends, this parking lot is full of cars parked by people who have no business with the post office. I litterly say near the steps of the office doors outside and watched as people came and left from the parking lot and did not go inside the post office. I was hoping that this tow company would roll up on a car so I can give my opinion and ask questions regarding their services. But, no-one ever came. I'm there there are many other people who have had their car towed away but don't say anything because for many reasons. Im sure this company has done some good things to many people too. However, I can not reccomend this company and would speak up if you had a similar experience.
