Typical slimy tow truck business. Predatory, over and overpriced. Towed my vehicle from the Lodi post office parking lot. I have a PO Box there, did business that day there and walked around downtown for about 30 min LIKE EVERYONE DOES! No I know they have a sign that says you can be towed but it specifically says IF you are not a client of the post office of which I am. I went inside to ask why my vehicle was towed and the substitute post master (which I later found out he was not the actual post master) said he had no clue. I was extremely upset, kept asking questions and finally he told me he was neither the actual post master nor the one who called this tow company - the real post master was the one and he was gone for the day. Probably beicase he met his quota of towed vehicles to indicate some type of productivity for his day. I live in Lodi and still have a PO Box. Every single day and especially on the weekends, this parking lot is full of cars parked by people who have no business with the post office. I litterly say near the steps of the office doors outside and watched as people came and left from the parking lot and did not go inside the post office. I was hoping that this tow company would roll up on a car so I can give my opinion and ask questions regarding their services. But, no-one ever came. I'm there there are many other people who have had their car towed away but don't say anything because for many reasons. Im sure this company has done some good things to many people too. However, I can not reccomend this company and would speak up if you had a similar experience. read more

Complaint Details As I drove through downtown lodi I notice they are having a farmer's market starting. I saw a tow truck in my rearview and proceeded to park my car at the post office. I knew not to park on the main road because cars were being towed due to the event. This was at approximately 4pm on a weekday so post office was open. I dropped my mail off in box and decided to go across the street and look around at thrift store for a bit. The post office parking lot had a few other spots open but mostly full and there were no signs stating they were towing for the event so dont park there. When I left the store about 45mins later my car was gone. I called lodi pd and they directed me to All towing. I called tow company to inquire on my car and informed them I had just purchased the car and my documents were in the car along with my drivers license and personal items. I was told I had to have car in my name so I focused on getting anything I could to show ownership. I was able to complete paperwork on DMV website and a few days later I went to tow yard. He told me since I didnt have id he couldnt help me. I explained it was in the car. I showed him the keys and paperwork, no luck. Now the rate is so high I feared I would lose my car but it was in my name so I contacted tow yard again to ask about getting my belongings and how much to get car out. He told me he didnt have it anymore that it went to dismantler and everything was left inside. Put me on hold and then proceeded to tell me they did have it but its $300 for my belongings and $3000 to buy my car back. Unfortunately I had been arrested for a case that was dropped after 13 days. My release date was the exact 30th day after car was towed. That was when he told me I had to buy my belongings and $3000 to buy my car back. A few months later fast track tickets started coming in the mail for someone that is driving my car around. The tow company didn't process paperwork, car is still in my name & they sent a $4k bill for services they claim I STILL OWE THEM FOR! If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is horrible. read more

After calling towing services all day being quoted 500 plus for my car (no tires or rim). I called and spoke to Michael. He was kind enough to give me a great quote via phone but had to come out to look at my car before finalizing the quote that was given. He came to my apartment complex quite fast and was able to help, he even tried to help me in regard to going to another body shop to help fix my car. Anyways! Just know that he was extremely helpful and kind and gave me the best quote I've heard all day! Waiting for Monday to roll by so my car can finally be towed to the shop. Biggest douchbag. Hickeys all over his neck. Couldn't even answer simple questions and completely ignored anything we said. Pretty sure his girlfriend is tagging along which is a very big privacy concern, when are there 2 drivers in a truck? And why would you sign paperwork on your "co-workers" lap? Overnight tow for parking in a no park area. I was quoted $95/day storage and $250 for the tow. That was what I was told over the phone. When I got there; the price was increased. The employee added a $100 gate fee and charged me $17.76 to use my bank card. Total charges for an overnight tow: $462.76, with a quote of $345. Unreal. All I can say is tell your kids to watch where they park in Lodi. They are merciless! read more

Horrible service. Arrived on time to pick up our vehicle after it had been towed. The employees can't even show up when they said to be there to pick up. We waited in the cold for half an hour to get the gate opened. If you need your car outside of their hours of operation prepare to pay an extra $100 gate charge. read more

This business does not respond to emails necessary to establish records for account. Unlawful detainment of private property operating public policy for storage delays and charging fees. Private carrier only. This corporation is not registered for hire in a commercial capacity. Deceptive!! Beware!! Tows vehicle without owners approval prohibited by dmv to charge fees over 400$ prior to servicing to effect a commercial lien. Attempted to pay all service fees and refused to give a quote! I had high hopes for this experience and unfortunately not everyone plays by the rules. That's why America has checks and balances. This business does not make private contracts available for inspection as required by the department of transportation or the Chp. Refused to tow my vehicle to a alternate location for storage. Was broke down on the highway on 99 near lodi and my insurance company stated 4 hour wait! I called around and no one said they had a truck available. Towed with a handicap placard clearly visible. Then extorted almost 500 to be able to get car (out of town) with 2 handicap persons with no other way to leave. Would not listen would not provide name or proof of violation. This is the most corrupt business who should expect a legal issue very very soon! read more

I accidentally locked my keys in my car and while attempting to retrieve them the old fashioned way with a coat hanger and some luck, Mike from All Towing happen to pass by and offer his assistance.
